Cross' POV
I waited at my table for Epic "He's late again" i tapped the table, impatient. "Ugh when is he gonna-" Epic suddenly opened the door, he looked like he ran all the way here "Finally!" "Heh sorry bruh, i woke up late" i raised a brow "Again?" he sweatdropped and sat down, i called for the waiter "We're ready to order!" the both of us ordered what we wanted and waited "Soo epic, it's been like a week since we met each other. Have you been busy?" "Oh sorry about that bruh! i was just hanging out with Delta" Again?. "Ah i see" "What about you bruh?" "Well um i've been pretty much just watching netflix.." Am i the third wheel now?, it's boring without you.. "Oooh noice!" a waiter then came to our table with the food, then put down the plates "Yess finally the food is here!" he said excitedly.
Timeskip
We went to the arcade, we were playing just dance and once again for the 47th time, epic won "Aw darn it dude! how are you so good?" "Why i'm just talented" he did a dramatic pose "Uh-huh.." we started to play once again.
God why did i fall for that idiot?.
"Huh? oh delta texted, sorry bruh! i gots to go" i scratched my skull "Oh it's okay dude, now go do whatever your gonna do!" "Ight cya bruh!" he then left, my smile turned into a frown. "Delta again...? wow i'm really gonna be a third wheel.. after being best friends for two years." i laughed "Haha.. what am i saying? it's not gonna be like that.. right...?" tears started to form out of frustration "Dammit.." i left the arcade and made a portal back to the Omega Timeline, dream was there "Oh cross your back!" i waved "Hey" he blinked for a bit and sighed "You feel left out again aren't you? don't lie, you know i can feel your feelings." i'm still not quite used to that. "Ah... yeah, epic has been hanging out with delta alot. it's like he likes him more than me!" he pat my back "I'm not sure what Epic feels about Delta but, Cross keeping your feelings in isn't gonna do anything. It would be better if you told him the truth and yes also about your feelings for him, there's a chance he might reject you, yes but.. you should know that not everything's gonna be all happy and positive" i sighed "Yeah your right.. thanks dream" he smiled a little "Anything for a friend, now go enjoy the festival the others are having! you've barely been having sleep trying to protect the Omega Timeline, so go" "Pfft alright alright" We both went to the festival.
Third POV
Both skeletons enjoyed the festival, but after that the red-streaked skeleton started to once again think about Epic. He has been inlove with the purple skeleton ever since they met, yes you readers guessed it right. Love in first sight, Cross wasn't sure what Epic felt about him and the cow themed skeleton definitely wasn't ready for rejection...
Ah.. why did i do it..
The next day, Cross was waiting for Epic at the arcade from yesterday as it was both of their favorite place. "Late again.." half an hour passed by, it felt like it's been a day. The oreo skeleton was very nervous, ah there's Epix "I'm here bruh! sorry for being late, also i brought Delta!" the oreo's smile turned into a frown "Oh- i see" "Hello cross, i've heard alot about you from epic" Delta did a close-eyed smile "Nice to meet you too.." He forced a smile and shook the other's hand "Anyways we just gonna stand here or are we gonna play?" Epic asked "Ah right! let's go". The three played, Cross being a third wheel... it made him feel left out,replaced and sadness. "Hey epic.. is it alright if i talk with you?" "Oh sure bruh! brb del" He followed the oreo boy as they went outside "Soo what did ya' want to talk about?"

"..Do you like delta?" The other boy blushed "Oh- how did you know?" the former royal guard's face darkened "Ah well let's just say it was pretty obvious" he tried to not let the tears show "Wow it was that obvious? heh wow cross your quite observant!" "Well what can i say dude, i'm your best friend after all!"

"Soo want me to help you confess?" "Whattt bruh you don't even got no love experience" "Oh c'mon atleast let me help!" "Okay okayy fine!" Cross put up a fake smiled "Good"
End of Flashback.
The others admired Delta as he walked through with a black suit, while as Cross... was staring at Epic, who was standing there. Admiring his husband. The best friend that he was inlove with.. now... Delta's husband, the oreo had the urge to burst into tears but.. he couldn't as this was his best friend's special day.
As the music rang throughout the church, Delta was now standing next to Epic's side. The priest doing what they do, what felt like a day has only been half an hour for Cross. "Any objections before we begin?" the priest said, everyone was silent. Of course no one there didn't object "Alright, Delta will you take Epic as your husband? and vow to never fight, cheat or break his heart?" "I do!" "Epic, will you also take Delta as your husband. And vow to never fight, cheat or break his heart?" "I do" He smiled "You may now kiss the husband, may the both of you live a long happy life" Both skeletons kissed, Cross.. left the church. He was too heartbroken to see the sight of it, i guess you could say... he'll never move on till the day he dies.
