The Flame Heart

Chapter three: The tidal wave Flare POV

"Get down!" I heard an, admittedly attractive, voice yell as a wave came and protected Shade

"HOLY SHIT!" Shade was yelling and screaming

"Flaranò! Let me go!" I struggle against him "And who the fuck saved Shade? Thank you!"

"My name," a girl my age walked up, black hair, light blue eyes, and about six foot "Is Aqua Sarah. Daughter of the water dragon, Titalon. I am a dragon slayer and a tamer." (Okay, basically dragon tamers train and befriend dragons and dragon slayers kill dragons.)

"Nice to meet ya, babe." I winked at her and smiled "I'm Flare Drakon. Son of the s.o.b that's holding me. Mind helping me out? I'm kinda stuck."

"Use your slayer magic, idiot!" Shade yelled at me, from behind a rock

"You're one to talk! You're hiding behind a rock!" I yelled back

"Boys boys! No need to fight each other! FIGHT THE DRAGON!" Aqua yelled

"Fight me? Me?!" Flaranò laughed "I wonder how a burnt water dragon girl tastes?" He was about to shoot a fireball at Aqua, but I was ready. I flew right in front of Aqua right as the fireball was going to hit her, an I ate it, I ate the fireball.

"Hot." I smirk and lick my lips as I change, my eye become more focused, my nails grow into claws, my elbows and feet get covered in scales, then my wings grow. "But I'm hotter. I am the fire dragon slayer. And you, father, are a fire dragon. It is time you die. It's time you see my power!" I scream and laugh as fire engulfs my whole body and I look at a shocked Aqua "I'm Flare Dragon. I'm son of that bastard we're fighting. Nice to meet ya, hottie."

"Just shut up and fight him!" Aqua yells

"KILL HIM YOU IDIOT!" Shade yelled, still behind the rock

"Yeah yeah." I smirk and jump at Flaranò...

"Well, son, I was going to give you a cake for your birthday. But an ass kicking is enough." He swung his giant tail at me and he hit me straight on

"Flare!" Shade runs up "Are you okay?" Worry is thick in his voice

"No..."

"I'll heal him. You kill the dragon." Aqua says and leans over me, giving me a great view of her beautiful blue eyes, after she healed me I remember coughing up a bit of blood and watching as something nightmarish happened to Shade

"You don't hurt my brother, you bitch." Shade walks towards Flaranò and his bones grew, spikes made of bones were on his shoulders, elbows, and his knees. His wings grew, but they were made of bones. His scythe returned to his hands and the blade off of it gave off a dark, almost eery feeling, like something was going to happen. Then Shade had a dark, black, frightening aura around him "I am son of the death dragon, Skull. My fatter did terrible things to me. I will not allow my friend's father hurt him as mine did to me. When I kill my father, I will be death. Prepare to face the soon to be entity of death, Flaranò." Shade lunged at Flaranò. That's all I remember before I blacked out
