Killer visits Horror, some things get damaged in the kitchen that day

"I'll give you a few tips to make it easier for you. As a ghost you can focus and grab things." Reaper lets go of Killer's hand and the skeleton immediately tests it by focusing and grabbing a fork, he looks at the salad before trying to eat, unsuccessfully as the leaves that he had on the fork don't even make it into his mouth before they fall to the floor. That earns him a death glare from Reaper. He grins and sweats slightly as he puts the fork down.

Death closes his eye sockets and puts a hand on his face for a moment before sighing and letting it fall to his side. "You can possess people, eat only ghost food or take a bit of someone's magic when possessing them. That's all that I will tell you." Death opens a portal to the castle and Killer perks up as he looks inside it. "Now go before you'll ruin my salad more."

Killer quickly runs through and the portal closes. The air seems to be heavy in the castle, it's much darker than it used to and the atmosphere seems almost depressing but he ignores it in favor of focusing on the big skeleton in front of him.

Seeing Horror cooking in the kitchen he floats inside and takes his old knife, focusing so that it doesn't fall out of his hands and carves a few words into the table before he drops it to get the attention of the bigger skeleton. It works, Horror flinches slightly at the noise and walks to the table before picking up the knife, mumbling that it shouldn't be here.

He notices the words that Killer had carved into the table, it's just a simple 'I'm here ~Killer' but its something much more for the bigger skeleton, he traces them with his finger before he tears up and almost starts sobbing, he wipes the tears away with his sleeve before he walks to the recipe book and starts looking through the pages, probably to keep himself busy. Killer feels horrible, wrong. He had almost made Horror have a breakdown and yet he has to continue and somehow make him see that he is here.

The other skeleton looks tired, most likely using cooking like a coping mechanism. His eye light looks more pink than red, a sign that Nightmare had given Horror his magic, that usually happens when his injuries after battle are too much for his weak magic to handle, so why now? Does it help in a mental state too? In grief and sadness. He doesn't question it longer.

Killer walks to the cooking book as Horror walks to the fridge and starts looking for ingredients. He can't damage the thing too much, Horror seems to like it. This time he takes a marker with his magic, closes the book, writes and draws on its cover quickly before Horror comes back. Then he waits.

The skeleton comes back and puts cabbage on the table before coming back to the cooking book and frowning. There is an image of Killer drawn messily on the cover along with few words. 'I'm here Horror'

"Pumpkin..?"
