After Matt and Zoe left for the Gala to try and find Dana, Angie kept trying to unlock Dominik's phone.

"You're never going to get into it," Dominik said.

"Really?" Angie walked over to him and pressed his thumb against the screen. "Finger print scan. Technology's the best!"

"Doesn't matter. You're still not going to get anything." All of a sudden, the screen froze up. "Data scrubbing app. You need a secondary code. Technology IS the best. You know, my offer still stands. I could have my passport guy on the phone in ten minutes and I'll sweeten the deal. I have forty-thousand dollars in cash in my rental car. It's yours, if you let me go."

"You're bargaining. Must be desperate."

"I'm trying to help you. You seem like a nice person. I'd hate for you to have to spend what... fifteen to twenty years in prison."

"Just forget it, okay! I'm not letting you go."

"Angie, I get it. It feels wrong to run. But even if you catch Dana, which you won't, she'll never confess to setting you up. And the cops have you on video. There is no version of this where you don't end up in prison."

Just then, Angie turned around and called Matt. "Pick up, Babe," she whispered. But he didn't answer.

Angie turned back to face Dominik. "You're sure there's money in your car?"

"In a gray duffel bag. Take my keys." Angie went over to the table and grabbed the keys. Then, she went into her office, and Lily followed behind her. Angie closed the office door behind them.

"Momma, what are you doing," Lily asked.

"You have to trust me on this one, Lils."

"But you're not actually gonna leave, are you?"

"Of course not." Angie hugged her daughter tight. "I have a plan. Do you trust me?"

"Of course I trust you. Just be safe, please. For me?"

"I will," Angie said before kissing the top of Lily's head. Then, she got on the phone with Matt. After the call ended, she went back over to Lily. "Okay, now you need to come with me, because the feds are gonna show up and I don't want you here alone when they do."

"What?"

"Just grab your jacket and come with me. I'll explain in the car. I promise."
