"I miss you."

I hadn't even seen him entering my room. His calm voice was as hypnotic as ever.

"Go away, Buck." I didn't even look at him in the mirror. I had my towel around my body while I brushed my hair. His hands slowly circled my waist and he pulled me against his chest, his lips now touching my nape as I finally looked at his eyes in the mirror in front of us.

“Just let me go, Buck. Please.” His lips traced gently over the skin of my neck and I tried to stop a shiver when he pulled me even closer to him.

“I know you like me, and I know what you like.” He said, his hot breath now over my ear as he pulled my hair back gently.

I let my arms fall around me in defeat. I felt like I was slowly losing myself into these moments where life could be perfect… Had I not been kept prisoner.

"I can't forget us in your bed that night." His voice felt like honey wrapping itself around my senses but I managed to push him away.

He let me go and I spun around so I could look at him.

"The woman you fucked was free. Not a slave on demand." I spit as he took a deep breath.

"Look, I'm trying everything to get you back. Bear with me." He pleaded and I frowned.

"I want my life back. There's no discussion about it." I told him and we sustained the stare.

"You want an apartment just for you? Done." He said and I rolled my eyes.

"I want MY apartment. The one you stole me from." I pointed out and he rolled his eyes now.

"The single room hell you lived in? Not a chance." He told me as if it was the most obvious thing ever.

"My apartment. My money, my time, my life, I want them all back!" I shouted and he laughed.

"Your money? You mean the hundred dollar bill under your mat? What would you do in an emergency? Use that bill to pay for what, one meal? You were completely lost before me, doll. I'm taking care of you." His stare was intense on mine and I just felt like hitting his head with something, but only scoffed instead.

"I'll never let you touch me before I'm free again." I simply said and walked away from him.
