The next day, Taehyung and Jungkook went with Hae-In to the police station to give their statements. After that, they went straight to the hospital to visit Yoongi. Their hyung's surgery was a success as the doctors were able to remove the bullet lodged on his shoulder. However, it will take around two months for him to recover before he could join the group again in their peeformances.

"Hey hyung! How are you feeling?" Jungkook said as he sat on the bed beside Yoongi.

"Good actually. I can't wait to hibernate for two whole months." Yonngi jokingly said.

"It could've been me lying here if it weren't for you, hyung. I can't thank you enough." Jungkook said.

"Don't worry about it, Jk. I just did what I had to do at that moment. Plus, it adds to Taecyeon's long list of crimes which will add a few more years for him in prison." Yoongi said.

"Tsk." Jimin said as he rolled his eyes. He was seated on the couch near Yoongi's bed.

"He's still not talking to you?" Namjoon asked Yoongi, catching Jimin's reaction to what Yoongi said as he entered the room with J-Hope and Jin.

"Nope." Yoongi said, smiling, not looking bothered at all with Jimin's reaction.

"Oh come on, Jimin. Yoongi hyung's safe now and shouldn't you be proud of what he's done?" J-Hope asked.

"I am. But I'm still not talking to him." Jimin said as he took out his phone in an attempt to further ignore
his boyfriemd.

"Chim, stop that and come here, please?" Yoongi said as he patted the space on the bed.

Jimin looked at him, sighed, and did what his boyfriend asked him to do. Once he was seated on the bed, Yoongi held his hand.

"I'm sorry if I got you worried. But you know how I feel about each and everyone of you right? I will do everything to keep our family safe, Jimin. I hope you understand why I had to do it." Yoongi said.

"I know. I was just so scared, Yoongs. What if you didn't pull through? I'm not strong enough without you by my side." Jimin said as tears ran down his cheeks.

"Hey, I'm okay, Chim. I'm alive and well. I'm not going anywhere. I still have 8 lives left." Yoongi said as he wiped away Jimin's tears with his thumb.

"You're such an idiot." Jimin said as the others in the room laughed.

Yoongi then looked at Taehyung who was standing beside Jungkook. The younger was just looking down the entire time.

"Taetae, are you okay?" Yoongi asked softly.

Taehyung looked at him. "Yes, hyung. Thanks to all of you for coming here to Daejeon. I've caused all of you so much trouble. You ended up getting hurt because of me too. I'm sorry for everything."

"It's no trouble at all, Taehyung." Yoongi said.

"Jungkook told me about my appa. I want to thank you, hyungs for taking care of him. I owe you a whole lot." Taehyung said as he looked at Namjoon, J-Hope and Yoongi one after the other with tears in his eyes.
