Your master walks up to kanan. "Hey kanan can I talk to you?" Kanan looks and says "yeah." "Look kanan I know this is going to be hard to believe but I'm you dad." Your master says. Kanan is in other shock he looks at me to be sure and I nod. "Look your real name is Caleb Dume, me and your mother Athena picked it. I didn't what to leave you at the Jedi temple all by yourself. But I had to go cause I knew you where in good hands. I'm so sorry Caleb I didn't want to but when your mother got sick I had no choice. She loves you very much and I do to that we had to give you to the temple. I know you can't forgive me but please try to." Your master said trying not to burst into tears. You instantly run up to your master and hug him trying to send calm waves through the force.
He started to calm down before he goes into a panic attack. He would get those a lot they would get really bad on his wife's deathaversery. Worried that the same thing will happen to me. Kanan looks at his dad not knowing what to say. "Caleb you don't have to say anything I left you you should be mad at me. I wish I didn't have to let you go I didn't want to let you go. I had to to keep you safe from your mom. I-I didn't w-want you g-getting sick and dying too. And I don't want my young pawdawan coming along with me cause I'm scared that she'll die too. She's like a daughter to me and I can't lose her." Triton said to kanan. "I'm mad you left me cause I thought you didn't love me. I didn't know that's the real reason you left. And why did you say that (y/n) is like a daughter to you?" Kanan said/asked his father. "Me and your mother weren't able to have kids after she got sick. And she also said that I'm like a father to her. Her last father didn't care for her a lot. I can't tell you the whole story but she can." Triton said.
I know this is probably not kanas mom and dads real name but they don't tell you there name in the sieres. So I have them names that I thought were fit for them. And I know his mom and dad where probably killed back then and his mum did not die from a sickness and his dad is still alive. But I had to put something so don't come at me.
