sapnap's eyes snapped open. he stares at his room ceiling. he had tears on his eyes as if he was crying. he sat up and stare at his hands, it was just a bad dream. he looked around just to see he was in his room. he breath out in relief.

"another nightmare" he whispers to himself, sapnap has been getting lots of nightmare in the past few days. well ever since dream lost his 1st life. now he only had 2.

sapnap got up and walked down stairs. his dad was making breakfast in the kitchen, so he decided to got to the kitchen and grab some food since why not.

he walked in the kitchen and see both his dad arguing like always, sapnap got used to it and didn't care since all they ever argue about is just somethings that aren't important.

"hey dad" he says as he walks toward the fridge

"hello little muffin, how did you sleep?" badboyhalo stopped talking to skeppy and gave all his attention to sapnap

"another bad dream, but it was better than last time i guess" sapnap opened the fridge and look around to find something to eat

"what was the nightmare about?" skeppy asked

"uhmm.. i.. i don't remember, i only remember that it all ended dark and the feeling was kinda sad and all" sapnap lied, he didn't want to tell anyone about his nightmare

"awh.. well are you hungry? i made pancakes" bad said as he took a plate out of the cabinets

"i am actually, thanks for noticing" sapnap close the fridge and sat down next to skeppy who had a coffee mug in his hands

bad hand sapnap a plate of pancakes and the sirup, sapnap ate it. badboyhalo decided to was the dishes since it was only a bit.

"so you're going to hang out with Dream again today or not?" skeppy asked

"maybe" sapnap said with a mouth full "why you asked?"

"no reason, just wondering. why do you always hang out with him?"

"he's my best friend, and well i just want to hang out with him i guess"

"alright then"

they just continue eating breakfast and talk about some other stuff. do they have school? they do actually but it doesn't start until later in the afternoon, and usually before school dream and sapnap would meet up first to feed patches. then they start just chatting about stuff then thay go to school.

so sapnap get ready and brought his bag and some cat food in a plastic bag. he said bye to his parents then ran out to meet up with dream, like always, dream was already there waiting and playing with patches. sapnap ran towards them and smiled at dream.

"sapnap!" dream smiled widely

"dream" sapnap replied and giggled. he sat down and put his bag in front of him then he took out the plastic bag with cat food in it. he gave the food to patches and patches ate it.

"so dream, how did you sleep?" sapnap asked, starting a conversation

"it was okay, i slept fine. what about you?" dream replied

"same, are we going to go together or you're going with your mom?"

"together. she's meeting up with some people today, is that okay with you if we go together?"

"oh, of course! i wouldn't mind going with my Dreamie weamie" sapnap teased

"shut up or i'll cut off your tongue"

"okay2 calm down-"

"mhm"

dream and sapnap walked to school together, as they planned just this morning. they would wait for george, but george went to school first before the two since he has to go with his brother who had a test today, and he can't be late. so dream and sapnap went together, just them two.

dream slipped his hand to sapnap's and they ended up holding hands. sapnap tuns his face to see dream's. dream was blushing. sapnap scoffed and started to blush a little too. i mean this isn't the first time they walked to school together while holding hands, but dream still would blush uncontrollably whenever they do.

"soo do you have a crush on anyone?" sapnap decided to ask

"mmm no, you know i don't have many friends and don't know many people. why'd you asked?" dream replied

"Uhm, I was,"—he looked at Dream and back to the ground— "I was only asking. you know, I'm just curious" Sapnap answered

Dream only hummed in reply and start kicking small rocks on the road. He starts to think about why Sapnap actually asked, overthinking of why Sapnap actually asked. Why'd he asked, do he like me? Nah. Hmm maybe he has a crush? That's why he asked? Or maybe because he thought I liked George since he likes to teas us which is annoying. Does he know I.. wait, do I like him? He kept thinking.

It was just silents between the two boys, but the silent was comfortable. They kept walking and they still won't let go of each other's hands, they enjoyed it.

But Dream decided to break the silence. "Actually.. I think I do have a crush on someone" he looks at sapnap and they both stop walking.

"Oh, uhm, who.. who is your crush? Do I.. know, them?" Sapnap and Dream made eye contact, but Dream quickly look away and blushed a little, thankfully Sapnap didn't noticed.

"I- I guess you can say that you know him" Dream replied, then he looks back at Sapnap

"Oh.." Sapnap let go of Dream's hand slowly and look away from Dream. "Lets just talk about this later shall we? Come one" Sapnap continue to walk, Dream following behind slowly.

It's a him.. it has to be George. He's probably the only boy Dream is close with other than me.. I should've known.. of course he likes him. He always impressed Dream whenever he does something that includes nature in it. Ugh.. I'm such an idiot. Sapnap thought and thought. His head won't shut up, he wish he could just forget about it but his mind won't let him.

"Sapnap?.." Dream called out for him

"Hm?" Sapnap relied

"A-are you okay? I'm sorry if I said something wrong, I-" —Dream gets cut of by Sapnap— "no I'm fine, you didn't did anything, don't worry" Sapnap forced a smile on his face.

Dream hummed and they continue walking. It was silence again, but this time, it wasn't as comfortable as before. If only Dream shut up and didn't say anything.

"i don't know.." dream mumbled talking to his one and only "rival", techno.

"maybe, just maybe, he likes you back?" techno replied leaning against the lockers

"then why did he looked.. mad?"

"he probably thought you were talking about someone else that isn't him, come on dream, just confess to him"

"mhm sure, it's so easy." dream rolled his eyes

"what do you want me to do? this is a you problem"

dream stayed quite and looked down at the floor, he sighs, he felt anxious about all this. he really wants to confess but his mind doesn't let him. thinking that sapnap might not like him back.

"fine.. i'll confess to him, but you have to help me" techno's eyes widen when Dream said that and he looked at dream causing them to make eye contact

"ur serious?"

"yeah?"

"for real?"

"yes"

"u sure?"

"omfg techno yes im sure!"

"alright then, i'll help, only if you promised to do something for me"

"fine"
