Chapter 3- Stockholm Syndrome

Lucy's PoV

Me and Natsu had gone to Math, Forensics , P.E, History, and Lunch. We were headed to the music room for our music class with Mr. Rivera-Cassiano or for short Mr. RC. Natsu told me that everyone calls him Mr. OC because he's always so OC about everything. When we got there I saw Erza, Levy, Gajeel, and Jellal but they were spread out in the room. When the teacher saw me he told Natsu to take a seat in his usual seat. I didn't really get what that meant but whatever. The teacher then took me to the front of the very large room and after the bell rang and everyone was in there seats he started the class. "Welcome back students to the wonderful world of instruments and microphones. We have a new student in the class. May you introduce your self please?" I sighed cause I kinda didn't want to be I had to. "Hi. My name is Lucy Heartfilia." Everyone at first wasn't really listening but when they heard my last name everyone turned to me and gasped. The teacher grabbed his glasses and looked me up and down he quickly said sorry and told me to sit where I liked so I sat right behind Natsu and in front of Gajeel. "Okay to start off the year why don't we get someone to come to the front and sing us a song?" No one raised there hand. "Hands up or I'll shoot little girl." Gajeel whispered in my ear so my hands went straight up. "Ah Ms. Heartfilia pleased to see our new student is going to sing for us all what song would you like to sing?" "Oh no no I can't sing!" I really can't sing it's all Gajeels fault. I could hear him and Natsu snickering. "Oh please Ms. Heartfilia I don't think so. What song?" I sighed and just shrugged while walking to the front. "Okay class what song should she sing?" Levy was the first to raise her and quickly said "I think she should sing Stockholm Syndrome by One Direction!" The thing Mr. RC said next shocked everyone. "Ah yes my favorite song very catchy indeed." I glared at both Levy and Gajeel. "Do you know the lyrics to the song Ms. Heartfilia?" I nodded and whispered "Let's just get this over with." He handed me a mic and started playing the song on the guitar while he got another student to play the drums. I started singing and closed my eyes so I wouldn't have to see the disgust in everyone's eyes when I started singing.

As I finished singing I opened my eyes slowly to see everyone shocked but not Natsu he was just smiling at me. "Told you I sucked." I whispered. While walking back to my seat. But then out of no where everyone started clapping. I was surprised I was actually good. As the day went on through last period which is English Natsu finally read the note and all we really did was pass note back and forth in that class about random things. I gave him my number and he gave me his. As the bell rang to dismiss everyone. I got a text from my mom saying that I was going to have to walk home today because they had some important business to take care of and they needed the limo. "Dang it." I whispered. "What's wrong Luce?" "I have to walk home today. I'm too lazy." Natsu just chuckled. "How bout I walk home with you. That sound good?" I nodded and smiled. As we grabbed our things and walked out we said by to our friends and headed to my house. As. We were walking I had a question I was dying to ask him! "Hey Natsu. I got a very important question for you." He looked into my eyes with hope in them. "Yeah? Anything." "What happened after I left you when we were young?" He looked a little sad and disappointed. "Oh. That. My dad left me a year after you did. He left me all alone in the house with a note on the fridge saying that he couldn't stay with me any more and he couldn't do anything about it. Then a few hours after reading it and crying my eyes out someone came to the door. When I opened it 2 really big men in black suits were standing there and told me to come with them. That they had a place for me. So I did and they took me to the school and dropped me off there with no information about my dad or anything. They just left me I could remember everything that happened like it happened just now. But I'm glad that it didn't cause if it did I wouldn't stop crying for at least a month like I did after you left and after my dad left." I was shocked I saw a tear come down from Natsu's eye. I stopped walking and wiped the tear off Natsu's cheek. "I'm sorry I left you Natsu I didn't want to I had no choice. My mom had come into my room that night at midnight to wake me up and tell me we had to move miles and miles away or else we would get hurt. They still haven't told me what really was going on that day. I wanted to tell you good bye and many other things but I couldn't. If I had the choice to go back in time I would have ran out my door before we got in to the car and ran straight to you and told you everything. I wish I could but I can't and life with out you was the worst it could possibly be. Just please Natsu I don't want to see you cry now or ever so please smile for me?"

Natsu's PoV

I couldn't help but smile. We continued walking till we got to her place. And by place I mean palace. She lived in a giant mansion. She took me up to her room and when we got up there I was amazed. She had a queen sized bed, a flat screen tv, and two more doors that most likely lead to her bathroom and closet. I saw she had a big collection of games for the PS3 and the Xbox. Pretty much any console you could think of. After we play a bunch of different game for a while she got a text from her mom saying that they wouldn't get home till around midnight and it was only 5:00 so we watched a movie. We decided to watch The Maze Runner. I noticed while we were about to start the movie Luce got really close to me. We put our feet up on the table as we sat on the couch in her room curled up in a big fluffy blanket. After about a half hour into the movie I had just noticed that I had my arm around her and she had her head on my shoulder. So I put my head on hers. After the movie had finished it was almost 10:00 but Luce was asleep. So I picked her up carefully and put her on her bed. I tucked her in I unknowingly kissed her forehead. When I notice what I did I started to freak. 'Hopefully she wasn't awake for that' I thought to myself but when I tried to leave she pulled on my hand so I almost fell on top of her and she did something I would never forget. "Goodnight Natsu." I smiled and left her house. I noticed that all I had to do to get home was walk across the street. When I got home I went straight to bed after saying goodnight to my cat happy of course. As I was in bed I was thinking about what happened at Luce's house. 'I kissed Luce.' I thought as I fell asleep dreaming about what would have happened if we took that kiss further.
