First Meet

"Alexis, are you almost done packing? my mom said in frustration, We're going to be late for our flight." I just need a few more things I said as my mom yelled out loud."                    "Hurry! you should've done this last night." Sorry mom, five more minutes."  "Okay, I've got everything, my camera, sd card, sunglasses, toothpaste, toothbrush, sunscreen, clothes, swimsuit okay that's everything."         "Okay, mom that's everything I made sure everything was in here let's go."      "Okay, I'll help you load everything up n the car."                                              "Thanks, mom, so Alexis, yeah mom." "I know that college is in a year and you're just starting your Senior year."    "Mom don't worry I already applied to three schools and I saved up some money from work and everything will be fine."                                                      "As long as you have a plan I'll be proud of you no matter what you do and Dad too."                                               "Even though I've barely seen him the last eight years." "Alexis your dad has moved on since he and I divorced you have to move on." "Mom how can I move on if his fiancé is so rude to me and she and her daughter are a bunch of rich morons." "Well, you're going to have to talk to him okay." "Okay, I will I'll talk to him later." "We're here let's try to catch our flight."                                                        "Hi can have your passport please, yeah of course here you go." "Thank you so much have a safe flight." My mom and I got on our flight and sat down." "Let's order some food I'm starving," I said out of breath. "I feel like pasta what about you mom?"         "I think I'm going to have a ceaser salad not sure yet."                                   "I think I'm going to have spaghetti." "Hi, can I take you to order?"                  "Yes, can I have a bowl of spaghetti with Apple juice please?"                          "Yes, would you also like me to bring extra cheese as well?"                                  "Yes, please, and for you ma'am."        "A ceaser  salad please and a water."      "Okay, I'll be back with your family food."                                                           "Thank you so much."                                 "Tastes good how's yours mom?" "Honestly not that bad."           "The juice is is good too."                    "Would you like anything else?"        "I think we're okay thank you so much."                                                           "Of course let me know if you need anything."                                                      "I'm gonna take a nap."                            "Okay, I'll just be here watching a movie."                                                          "Okay." A couple of hours later. "Alexis we landed." "What?" "Let's go the plane just landed." "Okay, I'm coming." We grab our luggage and take a cab to my grandma's house.                                    "We're here that will be twenty-five dollars please?"                                            "Here you go thank you so much have a good day."                                                       "You too."                                                          "Omg we're here I'm so excited to see grandma and grandpa."                                My mom knocks on the door as we arrive from the airport.                                               "Hello dear, how are you who was your flight?"                                                             "It was good thank you how are you, grandma?                                                "Hi, mom."                                            "Hello, sweetheart I missed you guys."                                               "How is everything, Alexis is still seeing that boyfriend of your Jonah is it?"           "No, grandma we broke up he cheated on me like five months ago with my moral enemy Sarah I don't want to talk about it if that's okay."                                             "It's okay I'm sorry I brought it up."          "Don't worry grandma it's fine I'm over it."                                                                    "Where's grandpa?"                                       "He's at the store getting dinner I'm sure he'll be back in a couple of hours."             "Okay, I'm going to take some photos and explore a bit."                                      "Are you sure you don't want to unpack first?"                                                               "Yeah I'll just shower first and then I'll unpack."                                                          "Okay, I'll just be here if you need anything."                                                        "Okay, thanks, mom."                                   Daniel                                                               Josh (Daniel's other best friend) knocks on Daniel's door with important news.                                                          "Hi, Mrs. Howard is Daniel home?           "Yeah he's upstairs would you like anything to drink?"                                     "No, I'm good thank you."                          "Hey, Daniel can we talk?"                        "Sure what's up?"                                       "You know the party your brother threw last week before he left for college?                                                      "Yeah?"                                                            "He sent me this picture of Michael kissing Nessa last night."
