Three weeks later

Alexis' phone starts ringing
"Oh hey Ciara what's up? "You never told me about your date I've been waiting for three weeks so what happened?"
"Sorry  Daniel and I have been going out and I've been working to save up for college so sorry I've been busy."
"Ok I forgive you, ok guess what? I convinced my mom and I'm on my way to San Diego right now I'm on a plane."
"Omg, no way I'll send you the address why didn't you tell me?"
"I wanted to surprise you obviously ok talk soon bye."
"Okay bye."
Daniel then calls Alexis
"Hey ready for our date?"
"I just woke up but I'll be ready in a couple of minutes ok?"
"Okay take your time let me know when to pick you up."
"Alright see you later ok."
"Ok bye."
Alexis heads to the shower to get ready for her date.
"Okay, I'm ready you can pick me up now."
"I'm already on my way I have a surprise for you."
"You do huh can't wait."
"Me too."
"I know we haven't known each other for that long but I like hanging out with you."
"I like hanging out with you too."
"Aww."
"I'm here outside your house by the way."
"On my way."
"Hi, Alexis your up want some breakfast?"
"It's okay thanks mom I'll get something right now thanks anyways."
"Okay have a good time on your date."

"Hey, these are for you."
"Thank you."
"So what's the surprise?"
"I'll tell you when we get there."
"Ok, we're here close your eyes."
"Okay take a few more steps and open your eyes."
"Oh my god, this is beautiful you did this yourself?"
"I did it for you."
"I love it thank you."
"Of course."
"Can I ask you something?"
"Sure."
"So we've been going out for almost a month and I wanted to ask you if you wanted to be my girlfriend?"
"Yes, I'll be your girlfriend."
"Hey since we're going to the party today I wanted to invite my best friend can she come?"
"Of course, I'd love to meet her."
"I'll tell her when she lands."
"Hey, do you work today?"
"No, I only work Monday to Friday."
"Why?"
"So, I can spend more time with you."
"Really huh?
"Is it that obvious I like you so much?"

"What time does the party start?"
"I think three let me call Josh just to make sure?"
Daniel calls Josh about the party
"Hey man, when does your party start?"
"It starts at five, I was also gonna ask If you could come like fourish to help?
"Yeah, sure I'll bring my girlfriend too."
"Wait, girlfriend? you guys are going out now I'm happy for you man can't wait to meet her."
"Thanks, Josh means a lot."
"I want you guys to meet too, ohh do you want me to bring food or drinks or something?"
"Sure some pizzas would be good I think about 7 to 9 I'm not inviting a lot of people."
"And drinks I'm good I bought some sodas a couple of days ago we should be good."
"Okay If you need anything let me know."
"Will do see you later."
"Ok so Josh's party is at 5 and he asked if we could help do you want to come?"
"Sure I'd love to meet Josh what time?"
"Four."
"We also need to order some pizza."
"Okay, I can order it if you want."
"Are you sure I wanted to order it but you can if you want to?"
"I don't mind really."
"Ok, then that's fine."
Alexis' phone starts ringing
"Hello, hey Ciara you here yet?"
"Just got off the plane on my way."
"So you know where my grandparent's house is?"
"Yeah, I have the address I'm going to take an Uber and I'll be there in thirty."
"Okay, I'll be waiting  text me when you get here."
"Ok bye."
"I forgot your friend from Chicago is coming."
"Yeah, she's excited to meet you."
"So I'm I."
"It's twelve what do you want to do for three hours?"
"Do you want to watch a movie"?
"Sure let's go."
Alexis and Daniel drive back to her grandparents house.
"So what should we watch?"
"The Notebook?"
"Sure."
"I didn't think you were the romance type?"
"I'm not but why not watch something I've never seen before?"
"Ok then."
Alexis and Daniel fall asleep and realize it's 4:20
"Daniel Daniel wake up we fell asleep."
"Ohh my god let's go
Alexis starts ordering the food for the party
"Hi, the good afternoon can I place an order for 7 to 10 pizzas, please?"
"Of course delivery or pick up?"
"Do you want to pick them up?"
"Yeah sure I'll pay for them if that's ok
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah, I don't mind."
"Okay."
"Delivery is fine my boyfriend will pick them up."
"Okay, the total is $25.50 what's a phone number I can call you from?"

"Thank you so much."
"What's the total?"
"It's $25."
"That's not that bad."
"I'll take care of it."
"Thank you."
Josh starts calling Daniel
"Hey man where are you."
"We're on our way sorry we didn't get there sooner."
"It's all good just wanted to see where you were, did you get food?
"Yeah, I'm going to get them right now."
"Are you on you almost here?"
"We actually just arrived."
"I'll open the door for you guys."
Alexis and Daniel got off the car for the party
"Hey, guys what's up."
"Alexis right?"
"Josh nice to meet you."
"Alexis nice to meet you too."
"How long have you and Daniel known each other?"
"Me and Daniel go way back I have watched this kid grow since we were five he's been my best friend since kindergarten."
"Aww that's cute."
"So are you from around here?"
"No I'm actually from Chicago I'm here for the summer to visit my grandparents."
"That's nice do have any single friends?"
"Dude seriously."
"I'm desperate can't you tell."
"It's fine guys yeah I do her name is Ciara she's been my best friend for forever."
"Is she coming here?"
"Yeah she is actually she's on her way
Daniel gets call from the pizza place
"Hi is this Daniel?"
"Yes this is him?"
"Your food is ready."
"Okay thank you so much."
"Food's ready guys going to get it."
"Okay."
"I'll be back."
Cierra starts calling Alexis
"I'm at your grandparents house where are you?"
"I forgot to text you the address to Josh's house sorry I'm on my way to pick you up."
"You sure I'll take an uber."
"No, it's okay I'm coming."
"Okay."
"Can I come I'll drive you?"
"Sure thank you, Josh."
Alexis texts Ciara she's on her way with Josh
"Okay I texted Ciara now I need to tell Daniel we're heading to my grandparent's house
Alexis calls Daniel
"Hey, we're heading to my grandparent's house to pick up Ciara just wanted to let you know."
"Oh okay I'm almost there anyway I'll meet you guys when you come back."
