It was incredibly early. 1:28 am to be exact. The phone on Louis' night stand was blaring a loud ringing tone, almost buzzing itself of the edge.

He wiped his eyes and sat up to see who was calling him through the middle of the night. The bright screen shone on his face, causing him to squint at the sudden light. It was Jennifer.

He answered the phone quickly.
"Hello?" His voice was low and crackly.

Harry sat up slightly on his elbows then rolled into the others lap and continued trying to sleep. Louis tangled his fingers in his boyfriends hair, massaging them on his scalp.

"It's Olivia. She's gone."

"What do you mean she's gone? And also it's one o'clock, couldn't this be dealt with in the morning?"

"It is the morning.. Look Louis, she called me about an hour ago, said she was running away with the baby and starting a life somewhere else. She sounded either very drunk or very high, I couldn't tell."

Lou sat in silence, not really sure what to say about the situation.

"I called the cops right after, said she's not mentally stable and it's not safe for her to be alone, especially while she's pregnant. They're out searching for her now to make sure she doesn't get up to anything stupid."

"My, Is there anything we can do?"

This time, Harry looked up and Louis at stared at him in confusion. He was worried about whatever he was talking about.

"For now, it's best we just wait it out and see what comes of it. Hopefully everything turns out okay."

"Yeah, alright Jen, talk in the morning."

"Bye."

"Mh bye."

-

"What happened baby?" Harry asked, still looking up at Lou.

"Olivia has disappeared, said she's leaving. The police are looking for her now.."

The curly boy looked away and shifted so the other could lay back down then, he returned, wrapping his arms around Louis.

"They'll find her. surely she didn't go far." Harry said, trying to cover the fact that he was worried however, Lou could sense the distress and cuddled the other tightly.

The rest of the night went slowly, the boys could not fall back to sleep and all that was on their minds was Olivia and the baby.

tick tick

The clock was the only sound in the dead silent room apart from the two individuals soft breathing.

-

The sun peeked through a gap in the closed curtains, shining right into Harry's face. He'd look up at Louis to see that he had finally gotten back to sleep so he crept out of the room, making sure not to disturb him.

He thought over the events from the night, remembering very clearly the whole scene. The boy would walk into the bathroom to wash his droopy and half asleep face, as well as brush his teeth.

A phone started ringing from the bedroom so he ran in before it woke Louis.
"Hello?" He would slip out as he answered it.

Again, it was Jennifer.

"Hi Harry, how are you both?"

"We didn't get much sleep last night but Louis has finally dozed off again."

"That's good."

"Have you heard anything from the police?"

"Yeah I have actually, that's why I'm calling."

"Oh okay, great. What is it? Did they find her?"

"They did find her actually.."

"And?" Harry started to panic, wondering why Jen's voice had gotten so mellow.

"She was in a car accident Harry.. It's not looking good."

Harry's heart sunk. He dropped to his knees and covered his mouth.

"The baby?."

"To soon to tell, i'm sorry."

Harry hung up the phone. He couldn't take it anymore. Louis woke up noticing the other boy on the bedroom floor.

"Harry?" He said softly, sitting up in bed.

Harry didn't move or speak, he just sat there blankly, thinking to himself. Lou got up slowly and picked his boyfriend up, pulling him into a hug.

"What happened sun?"

"They found her." He'd sob into Lou's shoulder.

"She was in a car accident. Jen said it's not looking well." His voice cracked as he spoke.

Should they go to the hospital? Call someone? They couldn't get themselves to do anything. Just sob and hold on to each other, hoping by some miracle everything was okay.

-
I'm sobbing.

Is someone going to die? Are two people going to die? I guess you'll have to tune in to the next part :)
