His Hidden World~Larry Stylinson

..Flat Pack Furniture..

Everyday the boys realised just how much closer the babies arrival was. Although they still have over a month, they're starting to rush into preparations.

The two had just cleaned out a spare room where they sat multiple amazon and ikea boxes. The furniture and decorations had been delivered which meant the nursery could finally be put together.

Starting with the crib, they opened the first box and pulled out each piece of coated wood.
Once they had laid out all the the parts, Harry grabbed the instructions to which he just stared blankly at.

"This is going to be a long day." He sighed.

Lou grabbed the paper out of H's hand and too, looked extremely confused.

"Maybe we should just tell the guys now so they can help us assemble this stuff. I'm sure Liam will know what he's doing."

Harry and Louis had not yet told the other band members as they were fearful of managements reaction. They were already forced to hide their relationship from millions of people, having to hide a baby too is going to be a challenge.

"Well we have to tell them sooner or later, might as well just get it over with." H replied, pulling out his phone.

He'd scroll through his messages before landing on a group chat.
'Come over right now, Louis and I have to show you all something so cool', The boy would type sending the message through to which Louis' phone would ding.

Moments after, all three would arrive at the house, entering as though they lived there.
Niall flew into the room where Harry and Louis were sitting, soon following him in were the other two.

"What do you have to show us?" Liam would ask, picking up one of the wooden pieces and examining it.

They all stood confused, trying to work out what was being built, that's when Zayn peeked at the manual and expressed;
"Shut the fuck up."

Liam and Niall hoarded over his shoulder, too glancing at the instruction paper.

The Irish one looked confused, taking the paper off of Zayn to hold it closer.
"Holy smokes, you two are having a baby!" His face widened.

The five embraced.

After the announcement, they all worked together to build each furniture piece. Bit by bit, the nursery was coming along.

Over the course of the day, the boys started to notice Louis growing quite anxious about something. He was getting less talkative and seemed to be unfocused.

"Are you alright?" Niall asked, concerned for his friend.

Louis looked up realising all eyes were on him.

"Oh yeah, it's just all becoming so real now. I mean what happens when management find out Harry and I are becoming fathers?"

They all looked pitifully at Louis. Harry walked over and gave his boyfriend a gentle hug.

"They can't stop you two from living a life, even if that's going to kill them." Liam shook his head.

"His right ya know. We've been living by their standards for so long, I think it's time that we got to live a little too." Zayn would pat Louis' back.

"Our lives, not theirs." The shortest boy muttered. "Let's call them now."

Brrr Brrr
The boys sat in anticipation and anxiousness, waiting for an answer on the other end.
Brrr Brrr

"Hello, Louis." Said a deep voice from the other line.

"Hey man, we got some news."

There was an awkward pause which made Harry squirm in his seat.

"Yeah alright. What is it?"

Lou took a quick breath.

"Harry and I are having a baby." He'd blurt out before he rethought the whole decision.

"Well then congratulations!" The voice cheered.

The band looked around at each other with confusion.

"You're not mad?" Louis asked.

"Mad that you have a life outside of your career? Of course not. However, you know it's going to be difficult hiding this."

"Yeah, yeah I know but, maybe it's time we stop hiding?"

"I'm sorry Louis but I can't allow that. Your career could get ruined. The world is a very cruel place. How many bands become number one in the world overnight? I'm not letting you throw away the last few years of hard work."

"Righto, talk later mate." Louis would sigh.

"I mean it kid, keep this on the down low. Talk later."

The phone hung up.

"I knew there would be a catch." Harry stated, leg bouncing up and down which Louis had noticed and put his hand on to help calm the anxiety.

"I guess it's just a matter of taking it one day at a time. Surly they won't make you hide too much longer, especially since you are both comfortable and ready to go public." Niall shrugged.

That's where things were jinxed.
