Quirk Summary
O.F.A was a quirk that All Might pass down to him. But after going into a coma and training it for 400 years. Mastered all of the previous users quirks. He also managed to unlock his dormant quirk which is a stronger version of his mother's quirk. During his training. But after he inherent Remiru Tempest's, Sung Jinwoo's, Naruto Uzumaki's, Sakura Haruno's, and Sasuke Uchiha's powers O.F.A evolved into two different quirks the first is All In One, which allows him to receive a copied version of the users quirk and store them. He can also restore quirks that were stolen, damage, or permanently erased. If he focuses on someone he can see (through his mind) their quirk and and there drawbacks. For example, if Izuku focused on Katsumi he will see that she has 3 drawbacks to her quirk, the first being sensitive hearing she can lose her hearing in the future, the second is she can't nullify the shock force of her explosions, and lastly she will start getting dehydrated. Izuku can merge the quirks he has copied to others by just looking at their quirk. The second part is called One To All, basically Izuku can share his powers and strength with any one he touches. They will just receive a version of One For All with the 9 quirks the only difference is that Izuku can choose people that can keep it permanently, but the rest of them he can stop letting them use it.
