A boy was wondering through Hero's Cemetery late into the night. He stopped at one that was still new. On the stone read.

The boy knelt down in front of the tombstone.
"Midnight-sensei I know that you died protecting my classmates. But your still needed. So please if you accept my offer of being alive again I'll be your partner." The boy said, he then pulled out a pocket knife in cut his hand and held it over the top of the tombstone.
*drip* *drip* *drip*
Then the tombstone lit up. Reveling the boy's face to be our green haired protagonist Izuku Midoriya. Izuku took a step back.
Opened his backpack and took out Midnight's hero costume which Izuku made from nanotechnology he had asked Melissa and Mei to make compressed hero suits for heroes that had died in the last 3 years and a new suit for Nana Shimura.
Izuku was going against what the principal told him. He had left U.A to protect them but he made sure to leave them a video recording and holo cast watches for Katsumi, Ochako, Momo, Shoko, Iida, Tsu, Eijiro, Melissa, Mei, Mr. Nezu, and the other teachers at U.A high.
The only people who were supportive of his idea were All Might, Mirio, Eri, Kota, Eraserhead, Hawks, Endeavor, Gran Torino, Ryukyu, Mirko, President Mic, Best Jenest, the Wild Wild Pussycats, and most of the pro hero left.
"Midoriya?" a familiar voice spoke,
"Midnight-sensei I brought your hero costume. Once you have it on go down to the entrance the others will explain what's going on." Izuku said walking away.
Izuku walked to next tombstone on his list. He arrived at the tombstone. On it read,

Death Date November 26th, XXXX
Izuku knelt down in front of the tombstone.
"Sir Nighteye I hope I've proven myself worthy of One For All in your eyes. But we need your help once again." Izuku said putting his hand over the tombstone.
*drip* *drip* *drip*
Then it lit up. Izuku took a step back and opened his backpack and took out Sir Nighteye's compressed hero suit.
"I figured you bring me back. How's the girl and Mirio doing?" Sir Nighteye asked, I smiled at him before I spoke.
"Sir Nighteye, Eri's living in foster care with Eraserhead. I plan to adopt her after all this is over. As for Mirio he's waiting for you with his quirk restored at the entrance along with a healed All Might. They will get you up to speed on what's going on." Izuku said, handing him his hero suit.
He then left Sir Nighteye staring after him. Izuku continued, stopping every now and then to revive heroes that had died. He came to a pair of tombstones on it read.

Izuku knelt down in front of Kota's parents Graves.
"Hello Mr. and Ms. Izumi. You may not know me, but you will." Izuku said cutting his other hand.
*drip* *drip* *drip*
*drip* *drip* *drip*
The tombstone lit up. Izuku step back taking out their hero costumes.
"Young man using your quirk..." I cut him off.
"Save it please Mr. Izumi. We're in desperate need of heroes and I've been given permission to use my powers that are not quirks by All Might. Anyway I'm Izuku Midoriya if you hurry and get your costume on. You can be reunited with your son. Who I saved from and defeated the same villain that had killed both of you. I still have one more hero to bring back." I said, walking away towards the top of the hill there her stone statue was.

Izuku knelt down in front of the statue.
Izuku's POV
'Nana are you ready?' I asked,
'*sigh* as ready as I'll ever be Izuku.' Nana said, I nodded and walk over infront of the stone statue and raised my hand over it.
*drip* *drip* *drip*
Suddenly the Stone statue lit up. I covered my eyes and took a couple steps back.
"Izuku?" I heard a familiar voice of Nana Shimura. So she remembers me.
"Yeah here's your new hero suit, Nana. Let's head back." I said, I then turned around, but suddenly I felt light headed and I fell but not before being caught. I blacked out.
Nana's POV
"Yeah here's your new hero suit, Nana. Now let's head back." He said, suddenly he started started falling forward. I was quick to react and I caught him. He then fell unconscious.
"Overwhelmed by all this, take a rest Izuku you'll need it." I said, laying him down as I put on my new hero costume on. Once I was finished I picked him up and Floated to the entrance of Hero's Cemetery.
"Master!" Toshi yelled, pulling me into a literal bone breaking hug.
"Toshi I... I can't... breath!!" I choked out.
"Oh sorry Master!" Toshi said, letting go of me.
"I can't believe problem child did it." Eraserhead said, looking at the kid in my arms. I smiled at Izuku's sleeping form.
"Neither can I. Let's head out. Let him rest cuz I doubt he will get enough with what is happening." I said, everyone looked at me confused.
"Izuku and I meet inside One For All. I am the 7th user. Toshinori is the 8th user and Izuku is the 9th user along with the others he gave copies of O.F.A to. Katsumi Bakugo, Shoko Todoroki, Tenya Iida, Ochako Uraraka, Tsuyu Asui (Tsu), Momo Yaoyorozu, Eijiro Kirishima, and Hitoshi Shinso. He also evolved their quirks, his classmates, and the other hero course students quirks to their highest potential and he gave them a second quirk to help them." I said, I carried Izuku to our base of operations the others followed me.
~Meanwhile Inside Izuku's Mind~
Izuku's POV
I woke up Inside my mindscape. I was greeted by Remiru, Jin, Sasuke, Sakura, Naruto, the previous users except Nana Shimura and All Might, and Shion, Shuna, and the other girls that had helped him and Kacchan with magic and their confidence problems were there. Remiru noticed me.
"Hey Izuku how are you doing. We don't know what happened but Nana and Toshinori's spirits are gone." He said, I nodded.
"I know I healed All Might's injury and I revived Nana Shimura from death along with other pro heroes." I said, he nodded. We then started talking until I woke up.
