Realizes

You don't realize
when one moment is your last.
When a new thing has arrived
And you present is now your past.

In a moment,
So many things occur.
A newborn baby taking its first breath;
An old lady taking her last.

In a moment,
In the twinkling in the eye,
At the last trumpet,
And all can be changed.

"For the trumpet will sound,
And death will be raised imperishable,
And all will be changed."
Never again the same.

You don't realize
when a desire is gone.
When a new goal has arrived
And what you used to desire, you don't long.

In a desire,
So many things need to happen.
A new career has opened opportunities;
An old job closes all valid doors.

In a desire,
In the Great Goals you seek
At the last timing
And all can be changed

"For the trumpet will sound,
And death will be raised imperishable,
And all will be changed."
Never again the same.
