Locked Doors

Sometimes I wonder what it would be like
to never wake up
Because all through my life I've done nothing but screw up
I'm ready for a change but I don't know how it will end
I'm filled with the weakness of soul that can't bend

There's a cold in my soul and it's blowing hard
There's a rock in my chest in the place of a heart
I've lost all control, I can't see straight anymore
I wonder what would happen if I finally locked that door

I wonder how it feels to wake up to someone
I wonder what it's like being the best plus one
They say Gods got a plan for us all
But I'm stuck rolling around in this big green ball

There's a cold in my soul and it's blowing hard
There's a rock in my chest in the place of a heart
I've lost all control, I can't see straight anymore
I wonder what would happen if I finally locked that door

I'm surrounded by darkness and I can't find the light
I'm ready to give up on the fight for my life
These people around me are ripping me to pieces
I just want to be the person that leaves them speechless

There's a cold in my soul and it's blowing hard
There's a rock in my chest in the place of a heart
I've lost all control, I can't see straight anymore
I wonder what would happen if I finally locked that door.
