Emily

"Hey Em!" A girl calls out.

"Yes?" I ask turning around.

The girl that had called out my name stops to catch her breath only to talk again.

"I asked Brandon out and he said yes!" The girl squeaks.

"Wow. Congrats." I tell her.

Well I guess another one of my friends asked someone out, lucky them I guess.

"Alright GTG! TTYL" She tells me before running off again.

I shrug my shoulders before walking back to my locker.

I had to hurry before fifth period started and Macy stopping me did not help when I was trying to get my stuff for my next class on time.

I finally get to my locker only to forget my locker combo.

"Sh*t." I mutter under my breath.

I take of my backpack and unzip the front pocket to pull out a piece of paper with my locker combination on it.

After finally opening my locker I put away the paper and pull out my science notebook.

I put the notebook under my arm, slam my locker shut and quickly walk over to the science room right as the first bell rings.

I walk in quickly heading over to my seat that was at the back of the class.

My friend Stacy was already in her seat next to me.

As I sit down I look to notice her using her phone under the table.

She looks up at me with a triumphant look on her face before gesturing at her phone.

Oh no.

I pull out my phone to see she had texted me.

U didn't answer my question from yesterday >:(

Sorry...

It's fine, but...

?

U can tell me now!

Sure

So! Who's your crush! XD

I won't make THAT much fun of you!

I pause and look up from my phone, this was supposed to be an easy answer, but just it wasn't. For me at least.

No one yet

Aww

:(

I guess I need to find you someone...

Wait what!

Before I could get an answer the teacher started doing roll call and Stacy had already put her phone away.

I put mine away and got ready for the lesson.

I really hoped Stacy wasn't going to try and play the role as the 'Match Maker'

Last time Stacy almost got two kids expelled and my current Math Teacher an unexpected haircut.

Don't ask.

Please.

To be honest though it wasn't too hard to tell Stacy that I didn't have a crush. The hard thing to tell her was I had never had a crush and none of the boys I knew were even close to being crushable.
