Kasumi's POV

"Are you sure she'll like me?"I asked Shoto as we both had met up and went to the hospital.

"I'm sure"Todoroki says. "I've told her abit about you nothing too detailed but just how you are"

"Uh..is that so"I say bashful as we made it inside the hospital. Sighing ourselves in as we walked towards her room.

"You can wait out here I'll come get you"Shoto says and I nod with a smile and sat down on the waiting chair. Crossing my legs comfortably as I played on my phone.

Snickering at the chat Mina made for the 'Bakusquad' she added me in it. The chaos the lot where made me question to why was I added in the first place.

Looking up abit as someone walked passed me. His back towards me had me on high alert as he strides away.

Something off about him had me using my observance quirk. I could be wrong but he seemed off.....like I felt this before.

I felt like I was lost in thought as I kept watching him. After yesterday's drama I've been cautious.

Being on guard. I even had to get Shoto to hold my hand on the way to the hospital.

But I fell a little calm. My emotions are all over the plac-

"Hey you okay?"I jumped as a hand touched my shoulder. Looking to see Shoto looking at me with worried.

"I-Uh I'm fine"I say getting up. "Everything alright?"

"I'm the one that should be asking that"He sweat drops. "Anyways mother wants to meet you"

"Oh right"I say following behind him. He opened the door going in as I follow. Closing the door behind me.

"This is Shinsou I was telling you about"Shoto says to the white hair lady. Sat at her small table.

When Shoto moved out of the way. I found myself in trance. As the lady looked at me with soft features.

She looked just like Todoroki himself. But with long hair. She looked almost too healthy to be cooped up in this hospital.

"I've been wanting to meet you, ever since he mentioned you standing up to his old man"She says with a kind smile.

" Shinsou Kasumi"I say with a polite bow. "It's a pleasure to meet you"

"Shoto has told me a lot about you"She says. I felt a little flustered. But from the corner of my eye Todoroki felt the same. "May I speak to her alone?"

"I guess"Todoroki says leaving. "I'll be down the hall"

I just give a forced smile before sitting down across from her.

"So why do you wanna talk about?"I asked. She had such a kind aura around her.

"Why'd you take interest in my son?"She asked with all seriousness with a smile. I sweat drop but I didn't let that consumed me.

"Uh? He's my classmate?..."I say as if it wasn't obvious. "We normally have lunch together since we don't really have friends"

"Hmm? Is that so?"She asked. I looked at her trying to look less annoyed to have her pry herself into my life.
