"Yeah, what's up?" He replied still playing his video game
"Uh, I'm moving to Los Angeles. Next week." I said, "No you can't, you can't leave me I need a best friend that will listen to me babble on about the most random things, you can't leave, I need you." He said on the verge of tears. "I'm sorry, I don't want to leave either, but I have to."
"Hey-" I said lifting up his chin "-we can do anything you want this week and it'll be okay, there's Skype, email, phones, planes and school vacations, I'll visit you. I promise."
"Pinky promise?" He said, his voice shaking
