The following morning, most of the vault dwellers went to meet up with Albert in the atrium. Albert also had a duffel bag with him strapped to his back.
"What's in the bag, Albert?" asked Freddie.
"Just some stuff for what I have planned today. Now is everyone here? Of course not. But we're gonna start anyway" said Albert.
Suddenly, the alarms started going off.
"Albert, is this part of the training?" asked Amata.
"No, it's not" said Albert.
Officer Kendall burst into the atrium through the front entrance.
"We're under attack! There's a whole army of raiders trying to get in the vault!" he said.
"How many?" asked Albert.
"At least 50! The Brotherhood guys out there can't hold them off for much longer!" said Kendall.
"Alright. Sarah, you and the others go help them. I'll join you in a minute; I just need to get in my Power Armor" said Albert.
"Ok. Let's move out, everyone!" said Sarah to Albert's team and the Brotherhood members.
Sarah, Dogmeat, Fawkes, Charon, Butch, RL-3, Cross, Jericho, Danse, and the Knights all headed up the stairwell that lead to the vault entrance, leaving Albert alone with Amata and the other vault dwellers.
They exited the vault, but when they got outside, they saw that there were no raiders, just some Brotherhood Knights on guard duty.
"Where are the raiders?!" said Butch.
They then stepped back through the wooden door and saw the vault door closing.
"What the hell is going on?!" said Jericho.
"Sentinel, is there something wrong?" asked one of the Knights who was on guard duty.
"There's nothing wrong at all. This is part of Albert's plan" said Sarah.
"What plan?" asked Cross.
Back in the vault...
Albert went to his room to get his Power Armor, but when he got there he saw that the door was locked. But he wasn't surprised at all. He could easily pick the lock, but he didn't need his Power Armor for what was gonna happen next.
He went back in the atrium, when suddenly, Allen Mack and his coup all emerged from their hiding spots and pointed their guns at him.
"What's going on?!" said Amata before getting hit in the face by Allen.
"Quiet, you little bitch" said Allen.
"Allen, what the hell are you doing?!" demanded Alphonse.
"We're doing what should've been done a long time ago. We're putting an end to this vault opening nonsense and keeping the vault closed for good. And we're gonna give this bastard what he deserves" said Allen as he pointed his gun at Albert.
"You can't do this! As Overseer, I order you to stop!" Amata commanded.
"Another thing. You're no longer the Overseer here... I am" said Allen with a wicked grin.
"WHAT?!" said Amata.
"That's right. You're not fit to lead us, you're just a weak leader who's gonna get us all killed. That's why I'm taking over as Overseer" said Allen.
"Allen, you have to stop this at once!" said his wife, Gloria Mack, only to be hit in the face by him.
"Dad, what the hell is wrong with you?!" said Susie as she rushed to her mother's side.
