11. Idea and Sponsorship

Anaya's POV

"You think this idea would be selected?" Keerthi asked for the nth time.

"Stop being a pessimist Keerthi!" I said annoyed.

"I am not a pessimist, it's just that your PAN idea concept is possibly impractical!" Keerthi defended herself.

"Excuse me, humare college Mai toh saare states ke students padti toh how come it wouldn't, Maine ache Soch samjh ke hi yeh idea Diya hai! (In our college students from every states are studying, I've thought about it very well and decided this)"

"Okay Anaya, probably this idea would be impressive for us but I doubt that the so called juries would be impressed." Aysha added.

"FYI there are two people from the jury who are from different states. Isiliye toh, just to impress them I thought of this out of the two options I had." I said as I took a gulp of the coke which was on the table for so long.

"What if they wouldn't? Do you have any back up plan??" Keerthi asked raising her eyebrows.

"Nope!" I said nonchalantly sipping my coke.

"Bro! You aren't serious about this are you??" Mahi asked finally bothering to join our discussion after gobbling up her food!

"I am pretty serious! So guys stop wasting time and let us make a plan, aaj ki aaj hi submit Karna hai (We need to hand over this today itself!" I said taking out my notepad and pens, while they shook their heads, as if to say, when you've decided it's impossible for us to convince you to back out from this!!

Ajay's POV

"Ajay we've received 35 theme ideas so far. And 15 are yet to be received." Imran said as I nodded.

"Great! By tomorrow we'll be able to announce the theme if receive the remaining by evening today!" I said as I printed the project report that I have to present to the sponsor today.

"Bro, we have 50 ideas and how do you think we," Ayash exclaimed as he pointed himself, Imran, Sanjay and Ankit,"could choose the best 5 out of them!"

"Ayash and his melodrama, never gonna fall for it bro!" I warned for myself.
He is actually supposed to be in movies for his acting skills.

"Stop being dramatic Ayash, I know you guys can do this, there's no way I am going to look into, I've got other stuffs to watch out! If you need help try getting help from the juniors." I said not bothering to look him or the other three.

"Good try, but afsos (sadly) he knows all your tricks bro!" Sanjay came to my rescue, while the other two laughed and Ayash sulked!

"Btw at what time are you having the meeting with the sponsor?" Sanjay asked.

"Sade 4 bhaje (4.30 pm) bro, I don't of this sponsor doesn't get impressed, I would have to go to another state to find sponsors!" I said worried.

"Just chill, isko tum pata hi logi (You'll definitely convince this guy!), we have confidence in your speaking skills bro." Ankit said in a matter of fact tone.

"Aisi baat hoti toh pehle Ka 5 sponsors ab tak maan gayi Hoti (In that case the previous 5 sponsors should have been convinced) Kuch bhi mat bol! (Don't utter rubbish)."

"Well in that case pehle ki 5 do bhude the unko kya pata college fest se Kitna publicity milta hai unhe, ab waala toh Humare generation ki haina (the earlier 5 people were old generation right, they have no idea how much publicity they'd get from our college fest but this guy is our Gen) so chill we'll get this one for sure." Imran added.
