Peter's school life went on like usual; it was like hell. His second life, being Spiderman, has not been like usual. The mugger apparently went missing from the police station, and has not been spotted. The streets have been quiet. He's heard of some heroine issue going around Queens. Apparently it's spreading throughout New York City, but Peter couldn't find where it's coming from. Spiderman was stuck in thought as he was posted on top of his apartment building. He was about to take off his mask until someone pulled him back un against the door to the roof.

It was the devil... or at least someone dressed as one?

"Tell me-" the devil said in a gruff voice. He stopped and tilted his head slightly. "You're just a kid." He let go of the kid.

Spiderman's eyes widened, "You- you're Daredevil!" Daredevil nodded with a sigh. "Wait, why are you in Queens? Aren't you the devil of Hells Kitchen?"

"Some issues are spreading from my city to yours." Daredevil looked tired as he asked, "Have you seen anything weird recently?"

"Um, kinda the opposite," Spiderman responded. "Actually there was this weird mugger that kept making a racket to bait me, and he would say something about his boss wanting me to stop messing with his city. He recently got out of the station somehow."

Daredevil whispered to himself, "I knew it."

"You know something about this? You gotta tell me, man," Spiderman insisted.

"You're just a kid; I can't have you getting killed."

"Come on! You're the devil; you can't care that much."

"The devil getup is a symbol of fear to steer criminals away from evil," Daredevil explained.

"So, what? You're actually a christian?" joked Spiderman.

"Actually, you're correct."

"Daredevil is a big Catholic, god, I can't believe-" Spiderman covered his mouth like he said a bad word in front of his aunt. "Sorry I didn't mean to say-" his voice dropped to a whisper when he said, "God."

Daredevil sighed again, "I'm not gonna tell you; even if you were an adult I would hesitate. You could've been paid off."

"By who?"

"Okay, kid," Daredevil said, "I'll tell you, but if you ever are gonna try and do something about it, you have to do it with me or not at all. Okay?"

"Understood! I swear to the Lord," Spiderman pointed to the sky, as if he was pointing to god. Daredevil just shook his head in disbelief of this child's audacity.

"His name is Wilson Fisk, and he is an insanely powerful crime lord. His name is barely spoken, and he has control over every cop and criminal. I bet the mugger was released by the cops themselves. He controls the heroine around New York City as well. His goal is to gain control of New York City as a whole, and he almost has it."

"I've never heard of a Fisk."

"He keeps his name out of everyone's mouth; sometimes he's called Kingpin."

"So how're we gonna kick his ass!" Spiderman corrected himself, "butt! Excuse my language, sir."

"I would rather you not be involved; how old are you?"

"54"

"You're unbearable."

"Thank you, sir!"
