Tom Hiddleston Oneshots

Une Petite Fille part II

I spent the night in the hospital with Reinette close by. I felt okay enough to tell Tom to go home and spend his last night without any baby awakenings at home in bed.

I woke up feeling sore from the stomach down, but I was happy. Reinette woke around 5 for a feed and soon she was asleep again. Something clicked in tom when Reinette were born. He spent the rest of the day yesterday, cuddling her. I slept for the whole afternoon after she was born and I felt in awe as I woke up to see Tom with Reinette.

I was hopefully going to go home today. Tom had text you around 7.30 am, telling me that he was going to be at the hospital within half an hour.

The doctor and a nurse came into the room as I sat on the hospital bed to do a final check up before I can be released from hospital. "Mrs Hiddleston, I have your discharge paper here. You just need to fill this out and sign here, at the bottom right." he smiled and I smiled back.

It was Tom who had woken me up by shaking my shoulder gently. "(Y/N) darling, time to go home," He whispered. I blinked my eyes open a few times. Tom sit next to you on the end of the bed, hair tangled, glasses on and he was wearing his pyjamas under his jacket. I laughed looking at his outfit. "Nice outfit," I commented.

Tom had bought my handbag from home and put it in the table in front of the bed. "I bought your bag, along with some clothes and your shower stuff and also anything you might need before we go." he said, grinning like an idiot. I turned myself around on the bed and my feet dangling off the edge. Tom put his hand out to help you off carefully from the bed. I take his arm and he kissed me on my forehead, I said a small thank you and headed into the bathroom.

Tom had packed me my pregnancy jeans and a long sleeved navy blue top. once I was dressed, I made my way back into the room. When I walked out, Tom had the new pram and the baby car seats on the bed. He had a sleeping Reinette over his shoulder and he was sorting the straps out on the car seats. Reinette started to cry and fuss as Tom out her in the car seat. "I'm sorry, daddy didn't mean to wake you up, sweetie." He whispered as he tucked her arms and legs in the straps of the seat.

Tom lifted Reinette's seat up and clipping it into the pram. I picked up my bags and Tom pushed Reinette's pram. The task of putting the seats into the car was challenging but we managed. I sat in the passenger seat next to Tom and Audrey sit in the middle back. I took my phone out of my bag and took a photo of Audrey for the first time coming home. On the way home, tiredness had hit me like a brick. I yawned and caught Tom's eye watching you in the rear view mirror.

"Are you tired?" He said in a calming tone and I just hmm-ed a yes to him

I had never been so glad to be home, I was only away for two days but I had such a warm feeling being home. It feels odd though, leaving home with just Tom and returning home with a baby. I carried Reinette and Tom carried the bags and I placed Reinette in her cot while Tom was sorting out the bags. I let out a deep breath and Tom pulled me for a kiss. I nestled my head into his jacket and he kissed the top of my head.

"I'm so happy to be home with my girls." he said. "Hmm, me too." I agreed. "Although, do you mind looking after her for a while so I can change?" "Yeah, sure no problem. He said

After I put my pajamas on and brushed my hair, I went back to Reinette's room. Tom was sitting with Reinette in his chest, he threw his hand over Reinette's back protectively. She was hanging onto Tom's soft knit jumper. He had his eyes closed and head back on the back of the couch. I smiled and sat next to him and Tom opened his eyes. I lean into his side as he moved a hand from Reinette's back to put around me. My little family is complete and I couldn't be anymore happier.
