Chapter 13 😏

*Ariella's POV*

Its been a week since the incident with Aaron. Last I heard from him he had moved out of the house, now he lived in a small apartment outside of town. I felt bad because it was my fault.

Don't get me wrong, I don't like Aaron its just that I was feeling guilty about what happened. My brothers came home early from the hospital. Damon had a broken leg, bruised nose and 3 bruised ribs. Dominic had a broken wrist, a black eye and 2 broken ribs. The twins couldn't move from bed for at least 4 weeks.

Sometimes I wonder how where they strong to do that to each other. My relationship with Malachi is best than ever. He's so sweat, kind and caring that sometime I just wanna jump him, start kissing him and never let go.

When the twins came home, he was the first to visit them. The twins fell in love with him (not literally) , he bought them stuffed animals, candy, ice cream, action figures and remotely controlled cars. Yesterday he stayed all day in their room playing and charring stories with them.

The twins called him and I quote 'Our big dude awesome bro'. When the boys fell asleep, we stayed in the living room talking about us.

" why are you so beautiful " he asked me when my mom left the room to go fix us some snacks in the kitchen. But I knew she was giving us some alone time. "It comes with the family, whats your excuse?" Flirting came really easy when it came to Malachi.

" Well I have to look good for my girlfriend don't I?" I blushed when he emphasized the word girlfriend. I still couldn't believe he asked me to be his girlfriend.

"What are you gonna do tonight? Maybe we can stay here and watch a movie? Or play a board game?" I asked hopefully. Before he could answer my mom interrupted us.

"Here are some refreshments and some macadamia and chocolate home made cookies. If you want anything let me know. Ok?" "Sure mom, thanks" "you welcome sweaty" she left the cookies and soda in the table in front of us.

Then she turned around and made her way into the kitchen. Seconds latter we heard the sound of dishes, indicating she was starting to make dinner."Im sorry babe, but I have plans with my dad already... Maybe tomorrow?"

Even I could hear the deception in my voice when I spoke "oh, ok... Maybe some other day" " babe, I have to go cause its getting late and I don't wanna keep my dad waiting. I'll se you tomorrow, I love you Ariel"

" I love you to babe" he kissed my cheek before he left. That night I stayed all night thinking about me and Malachi. How he was the perfect boyfriend. How his eyes sparkled when I tell him how much I love him. I love Malachi with all my heart. But theres something about the way he acts when his around his father... They're weekly boys night out...

I asked Malachi what did they do on they're 'boys night' but he didn't answer my question. There was something he was hiding from me. And I plan to find out what it is.
