..who may you be?

Kiana eventually arrived at the Academy after an hour or so. She thanked the carriage man and walked out of the carriage, carrying her suitcases. She stood outside the academy, admiring it for a bit before deciding to walk inside. To her dismay, she bumped into someone since she was looking up at the academy. "Ah!- my apologies, I wasn't looking where I was going.." She said while bowing politely, not looking up at the person yet. "It's alright." she heard a smooth voice reply back to her, before seeing their feet go forward, leaving her behind. She stood back up properly and saw his back figure moving away from her.

He had purple hair and was wearing a fancy and fitted suit. 'Must be a noble.' She thought, before walking in as well. She got her dorm key and immediately headed towards the dorms, since apparently, there were no classes for the first day. They can explore freely around the academy and make friends, that's what the receptionist said. '118, 119, 120!' She counted the dorm numbers in her mind before stopping in front of room 120, which was her's. She was about to insert the door but she heard a jiggle from the other side.

'Hah?' She thought as she halted her moves when the door opened. "Oh-..hello there! Are you perhaps my dorm mate?" The stranger's glamorous white locks was the first thing that caught Kiana's attention. "I...you...you have very beautiful and unique hair...-I MEAN YES I'M YOUR DORM MATE!!" The stranger seems to be caught off guard by Kiana's comment but after a while, they smiled brightly and said, "Thank you! you're the second person who commented about my hair...I'm Sophia, Sophia Ascart! you?" Kiana smiled before replying, "Kiana Col-sorry I meant Kiana Damaris, pleasure to meet you lady Ascart." 

Sophia giggled and opened the door wider, so that Kiana can come in. "Sophia is fine, and come in! I hope you don't mind that I chose the left room." Kiana obliged and came in, before her eyes widened at the size of the rooms inside. Her supposed 'New bedroom' was the size of her house. 'How--HOW DO THEY FIT THIS MUCH SPACE IN A DORM?!?' she thought, before Sophia interrupted her. "You can use the bathroom beside your room! I have another bathroom in front of my room." Kiana nodded at Sophia before she walked in her room and admiring it. After a few minutes, she unpacked her things and went out. She saw Sophia about to go outside and Sophia also saw her come out of her room.

"Ah! Kiana! You should join me and my friends, we're going to have a tea party. Mary, Prince Geordo and Prince Alan are waiting outside at the entrance for me and my brother so that we can go and get Catarina together! I'm sure they won't mind if you came along." Sophia invited Kiana with big hopeful eyes and a big smile, causing Kiana to give in. "Sure...I guess I can come with you." Sophia clapped her hands together and pulled Kiana to the door. Sophia opened the door and Kiana immediately saw someone in front of it. "Brother! You're here already?" Sophia said, still holding Kiana's hand. 

Sophia's brother nodded and looked over to Kiana. "Ah..if i'm correct, you're the one who bumped into me earlier?" He spoke while still staring at Kiana. "Ehh? You met my brother, Kiana san?" Sophia said while looking back and forward between Kiana and her brother. "A-ah yes I did bumped into him at the academy's entrance. Sorry again, er--what's your name?" Kiana said while scratching her nape nervously. 'Woah...he's really charming, who wouldn't fall for someone like him?' She thought, before Sophia's brother answered her question.

"Nicol Ascart, and..who may you be?" Kiana hesitated before replying back with a closed eye smile while sticking her hand out for Nicol to shake. "Kiana D-Dammaris...pleasure to meet you Nicol san!-Is it alright if I call you that?-" Nicol gently took Kiana's hand and lowered himself a bit, before planting a soft kiss on her knuckles. "I don't mind, and pleasure to meet you too...Lady Dammaris." 'UWAHHHHH MY POOR HEART SAFHSJVHJHSFH' Kiana thought and screamed internally. "Kiana is fine!" She replied as Nicol straightened himself up again. "Alright, pleasure to meet you too, Kiana" He corrected himself, causing Kiana to smile.

"I don't think I've ever seen brother talked that much, except when he's with Catarina san! He must like you Kiana san!" Sophia cut in while giggling, which made Kiana unconsciously become a tomato. Nicol saw this in the corner of his eye and turned to Sophia. "Sophia, I think you're making Kiana uncomfortable." Both you and Sophia turned to Nicol when he said this. "Ahh I'm sorry if I did, Kiana san! I didn't mean to!" Sophia replied while grabbing Kiana's hands. Kiana shook her head and smiled, "It's ok! and shouldn't we be going to the entrance or something?" Sophia's eyes widened at Kiana's response. 

"Oh no! I forgot about them! Come on both of you, follow me!" Kiana saw Sophia walked out of the door quickly, leaving her and Nicol alone. "Uh....let's follow her?" Kiana said as she turned to Nicol and he nodded. Kiana walked out first and Nicol walked out after closing the door on the way. The two of them walked behind Sophia, who was humming to a tune and peacefully walking, while Kiana is a nervous wrack, Nicol was his usual self, quiet and calm but sneaking glances at Kiana once a minute or two.

"...Are you Sophia's dorm mate?" Nicol spoke up after a moment of silence. "E-eh? oh yes I am. Correct me if i'm wrong, but are you a second year? I just guessed it.." Nicol shooked his head and replied. "I am a second year. You were correct." Kiana nodded and tried to think of something to say. "Are you engaged with someone?" Nicol's eyes widened a bit but Kiana's eyes widened 10 times more, after realizing what she had asked. "UWAHH I DIDN'T MEAN IT THAT WAY-I'M SORRY FOR ASKING THAT SO SUDDENLY" Kiana rambled while covering her flustered face.

Kiana suddenly saw Nicol smile a bit in the corner of her eye, making her even more red. 'FDABFJ HE LOOKS EVEN MORE CHARMING WHEN SMILING!! SOMEONE SEND HELP MY POOR HEART NEEDS HELP' "No, I'm not engaged, yet at least, and it's alright. You don't have to apologize too much, Kiana san." Nicol replied, still smiling at her. 'I'm about to faint, did he just call me......KIANA SAN!??!' The two's moment was interrupted by another voice.

"Nicol! Sophia! There you two are, what took so lo-wait who's she?" Kiana stopped covering her face, along with walking since both Nicol and Sophia also stopped walking. "This is Ki-" "Her name is Kiana Damaris, she's my sister's dorm mate." Everyone except Kiana and Nicol looked at Nicol with bewildered expressions. Why? They can't explain that clearly either. Maybe it's because he cut off his sister to introduce a girl he just met? maybe. After a few seconds, everyone exchanged smirks, except you and Nicol who were confused. A blonde dude chuckled and said, "It's about time he takes interest in someone." The rest agreed while another girl and Sophia giggled to each other. 

"Kiana san, meet my friend Mary Hunt, Prince Alan Stuart and Prince Geordo Stuart." Sophia said while moving to Kiana's side and gestured at the people she introduced. Kiana nodded while smiling. "Pleasure to meet you all! and thank you for inviting me Sophia." Sophia nodded and waved her hand a bit. "It's no biggie! My brother already seems to be interested in y-I mean consider you as a friend!" Sophia said while giving Kiana a sheepish smile. 'This girl is really hooking me up with her brother, how..nice of her?' Kiana thought as Alan started speaking.

"Wait where's Keith?" Now this caught Kiana's attention. 'Keith!? No...they're probably talking about another Keith..' Kiana thought. "He said he had some things to do, speak of the devil." Geordo said, before turning to his right, followed by everyone else. "Oiii sorry for having you guys wait for me." Kiana's eyes widened and a soft gasp escaped her mouth, luckily no one noticed. "It's alright, and is it just me who thinks Kiana and Keith literally looks the same?" Mary said while looking back and forward at Kiana and Keith. Keith turned to Kiana's direction while tilting his head. "Who's she? I've never seen her before." He said while scratching his nape. 

"Kiana Damaris, and a little someone is already interested in her~" Geordo said while motioning towards Nicol. "You got it all wrong, Geordo. I just see her as a friend." Nicol said as if he read Kiana's mind. "Y-yeah, we just met after all!" Kiana backed Nicol up by saying the same thing. "Nice to meet you Kiana, my name is Keith Claes." 'Oh his last name is Claes, perhaps he isn't the Keith i was looking for..' Kiana thought while giving a small smile to Keith. "Pleasure to meet you too, Keith." Kiana replied.
