it was around 10pm where the siblings was in the living room watching tv. that was until jin announced it was time everyone goes to bed since it's getting quite "late" but 10pm is never late but for a five year old, it can be.
"time for bed." jin said ushering everyone off the sofa to their rooms,"don't forget to shower too. cant have you all sleep sweaty and stink the next morning. it is a warm night tonight.."
you just stayed put, you didn't feel tired right now. you just didn't want to go sleep.
"come on y/n, it's time for bed." jin said. you whined and shook you head indicating that you didn't want to go bed.
"noo." you said while running out the room while jin sighed, "that brat..." he muttered while chasing y/n around the house with a smile painted on his face.
"i'm coming to get you~" he sang while catching up to y/n before swooping her in his arms.
you wiggled in his grip hoping that he'll let you down again but no avail. so you payed limp in his arms while he carried you to the bathroom so you can shower.
once he put you down, you took the chance and dashed out the bathroom giggling to yourself.
when you heard that jin wasn't following you, you turned around with you furrowed your eyebrows, "where is jin-??!?"
"boo!" someone shouted in your ears before taking you in his arms, you screamed and thrashed around.
"nuh uhuh" jungkook tutted while taking you back to the bathroom where jin was waiting.
"come on little one, it's quite late." jin said while taking you away from jungkook before putting you in the shower.
after your shower, you were warmly wrapped in a blanket with your pj's on. you were a bit tired but you didn't want to fall asleep now. so you got out of bed and tiptoed into jins room to see him just get out the shower too.
"not tired?" jin said while rubbing his hair with the towel.
"bed time story please." you said while fiddling with your fingers looking everywhere but him.
"okay sweetheart, wait for me in your room and choose the book you want me to read." jin said.
going back to your room, you chose [insert favourite bedtime story, when you were young or something] before going back to bed waiting for jin.
while waiting for jin, you felt your eyelids flutter shut before fighting them open again. (lmao, this always happens to me during english). no matter how hard you try to keep them open they always flutter shut again. not even a second later you drifted off to dreamland.
jin came in a few minutes after all dressed in his pj's. "i'm here. oh" he said spotting you asleep with the bedtime story you wanted him to read on your bed.
he softly smiled before taking the book off your bed and back on the bookshelf before making sure your comfortable. giving you a small kiss on the forehead he switched off the nightlight beside your bed before saying "goodnight, and sweet dreams sis".
