*NAT's POV*
I went out the room and saw everyone sat in the common area watching a movie.
T: Nice of you to finally come out of her room.
N: Bruce. Can you run some tests on Y/N to make sure she's ok?
When I said that, everyone stood up panicked.
T: Why?!
W: What happened?!
P: Did something happen to my sister?!
N: She woke up!!
As soon as I said that, everyone just took off running to her room.
I laughed and picked up my phone to call Nick and Maria.
*Y/N's POV*
I was laying in bed when the door flew open and everyone ran in.
T: Ohh my god!! I can't believe you're really awake!!
W: Hey sweetie..... How are you feeling?
Me: Tired, but extremely happy.
B: Ok, you can catch up later. Everyone out. I need to make sure she's ok.
After an hour, he said that everything was ok and that I could leave but I have to get a lot of rest in bed.
I agreed and went out the room slowly, grabbing on to everything I could.

I entered the common area and saw everyone waiting there for the results.
N: Y/N?! What are you doing up?!

Nat ran to me and held me by my waist. She carefully took me to the sofa and helped me sit.
I looked around and saw dad in tears.

He ran to me and hugged me tightly.
He started crying and I just rubbed his back.
F: I'm so glad you're awake. I was so worried....

F: You have nothing to apologize for, you hear me? I saw the tapes. You did nothing wrong.

T: Yes oreo?
Me: I need a favor.
T: Anything.
Me: Can you get me my suit? It's very important.
T: Of course. I'll be back in 2 minutes.

F: I'm sorry but we couldn't get Nat's file back.... I did everything I can but no one was able to hack into their servers and no one was able to get to it in person.
Me: That's it?
F: What do you mean by that's it? The whole point of the mission was to get the file.
Me: I mean, is that the bad news?

Me: No, I do. He's saying that no one was able to retrieve your file. Neither physically nor by hacking.
F: And how are you ok with this?
Just then, Tony came in and handed me my suit.
Me: Because I can't believe you would think I would do all of this without making sure I get the file. I got captured when I was trying to get out, not while getting in.

A part of my suit opened up and a USB came out.
Me: I already got the digital file and destroyed the hard copies. I got it, I finished the mission.
When dad saw the USB, a huge wave of relief washed over him and he hugged me again.
F: You always find a way to surprise me Y/N.... Every time I think I know everything about you and what you have done, you go and do some shit like this.
Me: I hope that's a good thing....
F: A great thing.
Nat turned my head to her and kissed me before hugging me tightly.
After spending some time with the team and eating dinner, I started getting tired.
N: Come on love. Let's get you to bed....

Nat helped me up and into our room, where she helped me shower and get changed.
We then got into bed and she pulled me on top of her.

N: I still can't believe you had the file with you the entire time and Fury has been beating himself up to get it before you wake up.
Me: I would never let you be in danger love. I will do everything I can to make sure you're safe and protected.

Me: Where is Yelena?
N: She is on a mission. She should be back tomorrow morning.
Me: I can't wait to see her. I miss her so much.
N: She misses you too. She cried a lot. Although, she tried to hide it from me but I saw. She misses you so much.
Me: You listened the voice I left you?

Me: I needed you to know that in case I died or something. Did you get the papers from dad?
N: I did. He gave me an envelop but I didn't open it. I still haven't opened it.
Me: Why didn't you open it?
N: Because those are your private properties and bank accounts. They belong to you and not me. I have no right to open them.
Me: But I'm the one who gave you the files. I wanted you to see them.
N: Still. I didn't want to know. If you want me to know, you can tell me in person. You left me those files for incase you die and I knew you were going to come back to me. I couldn't open them. They belong to you.
Me: I understand. I can tell you if you want.
N: Not today. I just want to hold you and cuddle you.

Me: I think I'm going to retire from SHIELD after my contract is up. I don't want to take risks like this again. I don't want to risk my future with you for a dumb mission. I want to focus on acting and my company.
N: I think that's your decision babe. But know that I will support you in whatever decision you make. I also wanted to retire but I don't want to stay at home. I'll get incredibly bored. I want to do something outside of SHIELD.

After that, we went to sleep and woke up the next morning at 6 am.
I woke up the next morning to small kisses being planted in my face.
I started smiling and stirred in my sleep.

When Nat said that, I got all shy and buried my face in the crook of her neck.
N: SO ADORABLE!!

N: Like a log.... This is the first time in over 8 months that I've had a peaceful full night's sleep.

N: When you were on the mission, I was thinking about you and your safety, so I didn't sleep well. After we found you, I stayed with you at the medbay and slept next to you on the couch. This is the first time in 8 months that I've slept in an actual bed.

Me: Why?! How can Yelena or Clint let you sleep there like that?! I told them to look after you and make sure you're ok!!
N: Your really think I was going to let you be in there alone? Of course I was going to stay with you.
Me: But you couldn't have gotten proper rest like that.

After I apologizes, she kissed me and helped me up.
After helping me to the bathroom and getting dressed, she took me downstairs into the kitchen where Wanda and Pietro were drinking coffee and eating breakfast.

P: Morning sis.
N: Morning.
I sat next to Wanda on the stool, opposite to Pietro where as Nat started making us breakfast.
Me: Can I ask you two something?
P: Of course.

Me: Did you listen to the tape?

I said while looking down....

I looked up with tears in my eyes and she caressed my cheek with her thumb.
W: Sweetie, we're not mad.... How can we be mad after finding out what you've been doing for us? You been going on missions for the past 11 years to keep us safe without us even knowing you were alive.

P: We're not mad about that too.... But, we have to train together sometimes. I want to see who's faster.

N: Cuz this is going to be so much fun!! (Nat said sarcastically)

N: Not until you're fully healed and well rested.

W: And after you're well, we have to train together too. I want to see what you can do.
