It was 10 pm i was walking with soda since he insisted. as we almost made it to the house a red car appeared and it was the socs we didn't have anything to defend ourselves as they got out the car i saw they had attacked soda i tried to go over to him as they kicked him they held me down i tried to scream but they put a handkerchief in my mouth it was now 10:51 i ran to soda as they let me go " soda? i asked he replied with a groggy "whats wrong" I sighed with relief and said " you got hurt let's get you home" I grabbed soda by the arm and dragged him to the door of his house and walked in Darry almost yelled" WHERE- what happened "he asked me with complete worry in his tone i got scared remembering what had happened last time and started to shake i whispered "the socs"when i said that i realized that i was shaky and had my head down waiting for him to yell at me and then i started talking to Soda " hey come on" i said to Darry shaking "help him" as i went to go get the food that we dropped a rag was put on my mouth i tried to get out but it must have been chloroform because i was knocked out in a minute that was the night my life changed
