Hii guys!! This is my first poem and post here in wattpad, and also the first poem I made way back 2014, when our English teacher introduced me to sonnets. I somehow got the point of it and the beauty it gives to life.

I'm beyond proud to share this with you guys.

*"I'm far too shy to tell you I love you"
You're a star far away from my plain earth.
I gaze and see no other girl who's above you.
To me you are the cynosure of worth.
Yet with all your beauty you're a person
Like me in need of sympathy and love
Your thoughts of me would not, I dare hope worsen.
If I in some way, tried your heart to move
There's pleasure, surely from the reflection
That someone, somewhere worships your sweet face
Thinks you are the summit of perfection
Wants nothing more of life than your embrace
The danger is that you'll think it could not be
So I suggest you see yourself through me.*

And if you're thinking what I think you are thinking, then you got that right. I dedicate this poem to the girl who simply put the best out of me. The girl who gave my life meaning and the girl who gave me purpose. We may not ended up together, but that's definitely fine. The lessons it gave me are life long worth treasuring. For that, I thank you.

I still have poems written in my phone's notes that I still haven't published. I'll upload them as soon as possible. Please watch out for them and support me. Thanks :) 😘
