Y/n has been really confused lately. They didn't understand if the kiss Miu gave them was honest or not, since she did fuck guys (and girls) at the party just because she felt like it. They didn't know if they should confront her about it, but if she did mean it seriously she would probably feel like shit because Y/n assumed that she wasn't serious about it.

It was the day of the party Miu invited them into and the past few days, the two of them chatted alot more than before. Right now, it was 'bedtime' for Y/n, so they had to pretend to be asleep to then sneak out. They were curled up on their bed, just like the past few days, thinking about the kiss. They burried their face as they felt heat rush up yet again.

Miu's soft lips on theirs, her hands wrapping around their neck to pull them closer as they returned the geasture by pulling her closer by her waist. The few seconds felt like minutes until she broke apart. 'Did it... also feel like that for her or didn't she care at all?', they asked themselves as they grabbed the area around their heart. Thinking about it gave them heartache since they liked her.

Their mum came in to check up on them, but she didn't leave right away. She stood there in front of the door as she spoke up,"Y/n, I know you're awake and I know that you're sneaking away to parties." She said as Y/n's heart started racing, this time in panick. "I... don't mind if you go to parties, but why did you keep it a secret from me? I'm your mother." She said, but the last part sounded really sad.

Y/n decided to sit up and to face her, as their mum sat down on their bed next to them. She then hugged them tightly, burrying her face into their shoulder. "Sometimes... you seem so distant to me. I don't know what to do." She whispered as Y/n's eyes widened.
The two of them were never close, because Y/n was actually adopted when they were 10 years old. She wanted a child, but their mum was never interested in any romantic or sexual relationships, so she decided to adopt a child instead.

Y/n hugged her back as they whispered,"I'm sorry for hiding things from you. I... never appreciated you as my mum, but I am really grateful to have you." She then started sobbing, the words meant alot to her, especially as someone who adopted this kid. Y/n rubbed circles on her back as their mum pulled back,"You... probably will go to another party, right? Then I won't hold you back anymore. But be careful, okay?" She said as she wiped her tears. Y/n nodded,"I will."

With that, their mum left their room as Y/n got ready for the party. After getting ready, instead of climbing out of the window, they went downstairs. "I'll be leaving then." They said as they went into the living room. Their mum nodded, but before leaving, they kissed their mum on the cheek and hugged her before leaving. With that, they left to the party in which they've been for 2 times already.

Once they arrived there, they texted Miu just as planned. She then came out of the house to greet Y/n. "Hiiiii!" She said as she hugged them. "Heyyy." They said back, nervously. "So, you wanted to be at a rather quiet place right? I think the rooftop that we've been before fits the best then." She said as Y/n nodded. Miu smiled brightly as she grabbed Y/n's hand and dragged them up there.

As they arrived there, Y/n saw that Miu had arranged a small 'corner' just for them. The two of them sat down as she took out the basket from the corner as she took out wine from it. "Le vin." She said as she pointed at it. She took out two fancy glasses as well as she poured it into it. "I wanted to make this a bit more special for the two of us." She said as she blushed lightly which also caused Y/n to blush.
