*Chapter 12*

This is gonna be a Haruka special more or less bc I feel bad for her :c

Haruka was sitting on the ground, near Y/n's house. After hearing that Miu was in there too, she knew what it meant. She wanted to be happy for them, but it just hurt and she couldn't do anything else than to sob her eyes out. She then decided to text Y/n, who shortly after replied and made things official. After the last message, she went offline again and continued to cry.

That was, until a girl approached her. She looked like she was around her age,"Uhm... hey... are you okay?" She asked as she sat down next to her. Haruka wiped her tears,"O-Oh yeah..." she answered. "But you were crying. I dont think that you are okay." She insisted as Haruka sighed,"I have a crush on my best friend but they started dating someone else." She asmitted as the girl gasped,"I'm so sorry to hear that. Do you want a hug?" She asked.

Sure, it was weird hugging a stranger was really weird, but that hug is something she needed, so she nodded as the girl hugged her. Haruka hugged her back as the tears just kept on falling, but she felt a bit better. After a while, Haruka pulled back from the hug, wiping her tears away. "Thanks..." She muttered. "No worries." The other girl replied. "By the way, what's your name?" Haruka asked.

"My name is Hayami Rinka. And yours?"
"Matsuda Haruka, but you can just call me Haruka." She said as she nodded. "Haruka-san, wanna go on a walk?" Rinka asked as she nodded,"Sure."
The two of them went on a walk for a long while, getting into conversations then and there until they got hungry. "Wanna go and grab some Sushi?" Rinka asked as Haruka nodded.

The two went to a near-by Sushi restaurant and ordered their Sushi's as they sat down. "By the way, wanna exchange phone numbers?" She asked as Haruka nodded. "Thanks alot for checking up on me. I don't know what I would be doing now if it wasn't for you." Haruka said as Rinka slightly blushed. "No problem." She said as she smiled.

Truth to be told, Rinka was crushing on Haruka, even though the two of them never talked. Rinka was in a different class than Haruka, that might be the reason they never talked, but she adored Haruka's personality, an outgoing and extroverted person that went to parties and did as she pleased.

After eating their Sushi together, the two of them parted ways. Haruka was doing alot better than before thanks to Rinka, she was glad that she talked to her. 'She's really nice and sweet.', Haruka thought. 'I hope that we can spend some time together again.'
She went home again as she flopped down onto her bed. Her parents weren't home yet again, they said they will be back in a week.

~meanwhile at Y/n's place~

"One more round! Pleaseee??" Miu asked after she lost to Y/n in UNO. They sighed,"Fine." They shuffled the cards yet again as Miu mentally prepared herself. Then, their mum joined them. "Can I play with you guys?" She asked as she sat down on the floor next to them. Both of them nodded as Y/n then began to give everyone 10 cards.

"Yes!" Miu whisper yelled as she looked at the UNO reverse, draw 2 and the WILD card. Y/n just raised their eyebrows at her at she noticed Y/n's mum wore a smirk as well. They looked at their card as they sighed. 'Not even one good card. I think this is the end of me winning 10 times in a row.', they thought to themselves.

They were about to get finished with it all. Everyone had 3 cards left and it was Y/n's turn. They put down a card, now they only had 2. Miu smirked proudly,"I'm sorry, but this sacrifice has to be done. Draw 4, color green." She said as she placed the WILD card and looked at Y/n's mum who just gasped. "I'm sorry, but... draw additionally 2 cards." She said as she placed the green draw 2 card.

"I hate you." Y/n said as they drew 6 cards. But then they saw their chance. 2 WILD cards and an additional draw 2 card. "Yellow." They said as they placed the WILD card. Miu gasped,"You did that to me?? I... I thought I was your girlfriend..." she said dramatically. "I'm sorry but this has to be done." They said as Miu sighed. "Heart been br(ok)en, so many times." She said as she drew 4 cards.

Long story short, Y/n's mum ended up winning and the two of them had to clean the dishes because of that. After they finished cleaning up, and lots of complaining, the two of them went to Y/n's room. Y/n decided to finally clean up the table in their room, throwing away all the small pieces of paper scattered atop of it.

Miu was laying on the bed, facing the ceiling, bored. "I'm so fucking boreddd." Miu groaned as she sat up, facing Y/n, who also turned around to face her. "I don't know how to help your boredom." They answered as Miu got up and wrapped her arms around them. "I wanna cuddle." She said in a quiet tone as Y/n wrapped their arms around her neck. "I'm cleaning my table though."

"Can't you do that tomorrow? Pleasee?" She asked again as they gave in,"Okay, okay." They said as the both of them headed to bed. This time, Y/n was patting Miu's head while they cuddled together.
