I know.
I see and I hear,
Both things you required for me to use when you were here,
I hurt.
I cry and I no longer listen,
Both happen when you turn your back and differ. So gentle, yet how prude your neglect is,
I beg your pardon and request your heart,
To detail a blueprint to me,
For I never understood how the blood fuels such agony,
That, you inflict upon me.How does it channel such aggressiveness,
When that same core begs me to digress,
Beats upon my own cage and screams so direly,
"Stay. Don't take my words for eternity, for I am dull, and another shall break me.",
Yet your words mark ephemerality, it's true,
But am I one to wait for you to conceive anew, or to come back when your tune springs smooth? That, I do not know,
But strangers tread carefully upon lines they once crossed,
For they were together when lines were moments of indulgent boast,
What I know is that once memories were woven to be shared,
They shouldn't be kept,
That act is selfishness speaking another word to never rest,
They should be given,
Given to all who need to hear:"When paradise is near,
Your voice will be pale like the sheets you shared,
You will rest for a while, and your eyes will be sore,
But don't you sleep, child,
Your eyes hurt for another reason and long for your use,
They ask for the detriment of you,
In exchange to the sights you acted null.Cry."
Wish to turn me back into a stranger,
It'll only hurt and deceive your whimper,
Instead, take a seat,
Long for a cup of tea and talk to me,
Let us share all that we once had and wished for,
The invite is open for a long time and will be for as long as you need,
The chair is empty, and the cup is lonesome next to me,
But I made sure to save a spot for as long as I am here.So when you decide the time is right,
Come inside, don't be shy,
I will be here with you, ready to cry,
But I will comfort you as well, I know you'll need it,
So did I when I first came here to feel it.I'll be waiting.
