Drabble #6 I Do Not Fear You

Summary: Yashahime season 2. What did Rin and Kirinmaru talk about before Sesshomaru got there? My interpretation.

" You are very brave yet very reckless to attempt to fight me." Kirinmaru pondered.

" A mother will do anything for her children and a wife would do anything for her husband." Rin replied.

" Well said my lady. You know at first I could not understand what Sesshomaru could possibly see in a short human woman. But I can see something that drew him to you." He said.

" Why are you doing this?"

" Humans are useless and need to be wiped out, and Hanyous killed my daughter."

" So that's it then?! You hate humans? Fine, a lot of youkai's hate humans but here's a little pointer for you, One Hanyou killed your daughter, not my daughters, not Inuyasha, not any other Hanyou. You have no reason to harm any of the Hanyous! You could have just killed the one that killed your daughter and been done with it but no you decided you would take it out on every Hanyou past and present that have absolutely nothing to do with your daughters murder! Sesshomaru told me his father tried to tell you not to let your daughter fight but you didn't listen so if you are trying to get revenge on our family because of that then stop it at once! Toga-sama is dead! Sesshomaru, Inuyasha and our entire family have nothing to do with it!" Rin yelled. Which is rare because she's a cheerful and optimistic person.

" Watch what you say, I can still kill you-" Kirinmaru was interrupted.

" I will never be afraid of you." Rin retorted.

" Ladyship, I understand you wouldn't fear me since you are married to a strong dai-youkai but-" He started but was interrupted by Rin.

" No, you do not understand. I do not fear you because I've seen things and done things I should not have ever had to do. I watched my parents and older brothers be murdered and tortured by bandits when I was a child, I was abused by the people of my old village to a point I had to learn how to survive on my own, I died twice when I was 10, I have been held hostage or kidnapped, I have been called a demons whore by the younger village people, I survived giving birth to twin Hanyous, I slept because of your sister for 14 years, so if you think I will ever fear you then you are sadly mistaken! I've been through hell and back and not even you is going to stop me from finally being happy!"
