Your eyes were wondering around the room looking for your crush. You helped him to study for the test. It made you catch feeling even more. You two spend the last week together studying. In the library or at his house.

After the class you ran up to him.

You: hi!

crush: hey

You: i was wondering should we hangout sometimes?

He laughed and looked at his friends. They laughed too. You felt embarrassed and stupid. You eyes were watery but you kept yourself together.

You: i mean only if you want to..

crush: okay listen cleary.. We are never gonna hangout. I dont know what u have got on your mind but you were just helping me! get lost!

yeah stupid nerd girl!, his friend said.

all of them were laughing like it was the funniest thing ever. Burning pain inside your chest you walked away. how was i so stupid? You rushed to the bathroom wiping the tears coming from your eyes. You dropped your bag on the bathroom floor and looked yourself from the mirror. You wiped tears quickly but it was not possible since you exploded into tears. You sat the floor and leaned against the wall.

The someone came inside to the bathroom. It was a boy. He had curls and looked at you.

You: oh great so i am in the boys bathroom now

Vinnie: no, i am in the girls bathroom actually

He slowly sat next to you.

Vinnie: i saw what happened there

You: how am i so stupid?

Vinnie: don't say that

You: i mean i really thought he liked me

Vinnie: he leads people to think like that

You: how am i so blind!

Vinnie: don't blame yourself

You: what are u even doing here

Tears rolled down from your eyes..

Vinnie: your eyes are too beautiful too cry

Vinnies warm hands gently stroked your cheek and wiped your tears away.

You: you didn't answer to my question

you smiled a little.

Vinnie: we are in the same class

You: vinnie right?

Vinnie: yes and u are y/n

you nodded.

Vinnie: listen, you don't deserve be treated like that. My class starts soon but keep your head up princess or your crown will fall... (iconic sentence)

with those words he left and you sat there still thinking about his words. You got up, fixed your hair and smiled at the reflection on the mirror. You grabbed your bag and went to your next class.

NEXT DAY

You were healing from yesterday. You tried to hide him on the hall ways so he would not make fun of you. In some places it was impossible. You just out of class and saw him with his group staring at you. You ignored and walked to your locker.

Vinnie: hey

You: oh hi!

Vinnie: that crown look good on you

You were keeping your head up and blushing at his words.

crush: oh well look who is here?

You: what do you want

crush: was it you who wanted more slut?!

His friends started laughing. Than burning pain in your chest came back.

Vinnie: leave her alone!

crush: are u talking to me?

Vinnie: yeah are you deaf!

The boy pulled Vinnie from his shirt and tried to crash him to the lockers. Vinnie pulled his hands away and pushed him away from him.

Vinnie: don't ever dare talk to girls like that!

The boy ran to vin and punched him. Vinnie punched back.

you: guys stop!

They kept fighting and soon teacher came there.

Teacher: okay you two office now!

You saw them leaving in hours teacher came to get you to the office. You sat there looking at vin with bloody nose...

Teacher: so you were cause of this fight or something?
