16 - Rude!

Author POV

"Let's go!", He told and fixed his coat properly. "Am I supposed to join you?", He looked at you in disbelief for your stupid question. "Hey!! No! You can just have your cold coffee and chill!!", Sarcasm spilled from his words. "Oh! No. No, Mr. Jeon, let's go." You laughed nervously and walked outside along with him. Ahh!! Why do he have to act so rude?! Aish.... this bunny is something else...
You both sat in his car while you were checking on his next activity which must be done by you regularly.

The whole hour of driving was silent, none of you dared to utter a word when the car halted at a place which made you look around for a clarification. You both finally arrived Infront of the building which was the other branch of Jeon Companies. Jungkook fixed his tie and coat before heading inside for which you followed him. Everyone present there greeted you both respectfully which you did back left them surprised. Jungkook entered inside a huge hall which looked like a conference meeting hall. You stood there confusedly thinking whether to step in or not but keeping up your courage, you entered following Jungkook.

"Oh! Good morning Mr. Jeon, it's nice to see you on time!!", The man greeted before sitting back on his chair. "Ah! He is so punctual!", One of the guy from corner spoke out. Jungkook chuckled, "it's nothing like that." Mr. Choi smiled and nodded. "Well Mr. Jeon, you've got a new beautiful secretary!!", He smirked which made you uncomfortable, Jungkook noticed it. "That's none of your business Mr. Choi, you can proceed with the meeting, if you're ready!", Jungkook spoke and kept his hand on your thigh as if he was protecting you. Mr. Choi nodded and signalled his assistant to start. You were seated beside Jungkook concentrating on the meeting. You were nervous of being here as his assistant and also anxious about your actions. Jungkook finally took his hands off your thigh making your heart beat normal.

Soon coming out of your thoughts you looked at Jungkook who just asked you something which you never dared to listen, he sighed and repeated,"Ah! Miss Min Y/n, I asked to give me the letter which I gave you before, it's necessary for combining with the other branches to get information about almost everything", you laughed awkwardly and nodded giving him the letter which you don't remember when he gave those to you. "Hmm.. Mr. Choi, you should always keep me updated by all the things going on in here", Mr. Choi nodded taking the letter from Jungkook and smiled. "Sure Mr. Jeon!!", Jungkook nodded before speaking. "Fine then, I think I need to leave", Jungkook stood up and bowed to everyone before leaving followed by you. 

Something seemed wrong in Mr. Choi's behaviour that he was scared all the time but managed to make you feel uncomfortable. He was sweating badly and had lot of regret in his expression. You noticed it but shrugged off as it was complicated to understand for you. "How long are you gonna stand there thinking ? Just get in already!", Jungkook told sitting in the car as you just nodded and sat beside him.

Jungkook POV

"Jungkook!!!!", I heard a loud voice calling me as I lift my head up only to see Namjoon hyung being tensed and panicked. "What happened hyung? What's wrong?", I quickly stood up from my seat noticing his state. "Hyung!! Calm down, and tell me what happened." I made himsit on the couch opposite to my table and gave him a glass of water. "Jungkook!! Hurry up!! Or else you'll gi through loss", he said after gulping down the whole glass of water in one go. "But what happened hyung? Why would I go on loss? And how?". He sighed and stood up holding my hand.

"Cancel all the partnership you have with Mr. Choi or just fire him!!", I furrowed in confusion. "But why hyung? Why should I fire him? Hyung! Tell me clearly I can't understand what you mean", he just held my shoulders. "That Choi who is handling the other branch of this company is using all the money to something useless and making the economy go under loss Jungkook!!!!!", I was shocked for his statement. "What?", he didn't let me question him further. "Yes, being a financial manager, I was getting updated by all the economic profit and loss about all the branches including this but I didn't get any update of that branch!!".

"Wtf-? How dare he do that Hyung? I'm firing him rn!!", he held my hand not letting me go. "But you can't, his working period isn't over yet, remember, you've signed agreeing that you'll let him work for 2 years, you still have 4 months left for the contract to finish. You can't fire him now." I groaned in frustration and hit the wall infront of me. He held my hand and hugged me patting my back, trying to calm me down. "Don't worry Jungkook, let's find a way way to stop him from doing these shits", I nodded as he backed away and patted my shoulder. Just when my cabin door clicked open.

"Sir!! I've have found the information you've asked me before", my eyes soften seeing Y/n standing infront of me. She told to Namjoon hyung and gave few sheet of paper."Oh! Y/n, you've done a great job!!", Namjoon hyung hugged Y/n while smiling for which I turnedmy head to elsewhere as I didn't wanted to show up my jealousy. I clenched my fists and felt a tap on my shoulder. I found Namjoon hyung smiling at me as Y/n spoke further. "Sir! All the money withdrawal is in the name of Jeon Jungwoon." I froze on my spot listening to the person's name. My blood started boiling like hell, nerves popped out from my hands due to the tight hold of my fist. "J-jungkook, ca-lm d-down!!", namjoon hyung held my fist but I just hit the table behind me which broke into pieces.

"J-", hyung tried to speak but I didn't let him to do so. "JUST LEAVE EVERYONE!!!!", I yelled at them and noticed hyung made Y/n to leave. "J-Jungkook, just listen to me once!", I just fell on my knees.
