some nights it just hurts more than others
just can't seem to shake the feeling of betrayal
even though the mind exaggerates
the pain burdens the heart and mind
wish things happened differently
and smiles crossed our faces more often
yet we face reality with the truth
the incapacitated heart bares too much hurt
a good day, with a bad ending
controlled feelings, yet vulnerable
a breezy day with high temperatures
emotions overflowing....
