Innocent Blade

Chapter One

Lilith pov:

Sitting in the far corner of the living room, looking at Mumma with teary eyes. She is injecting herself an injection. I don't like injections. It's scary. I frown when the needle dip in her skin. I shut my eyes tightly, don't want to see this. She takes a huge breathe like, it relaxes her mind and body. She closes her eyes for a few seconds then open them. She look at me and our eyes locked making me flinch.

She look at me with a disgusted look in her eyes then scoffed: "clean the whole house when I come back and also prepare dinner"

I nodded quickly, don't want her to get angry. I'm still in so much pain from last night beating. I slowly get up and went to the couch when she leave. I'm so tired and also my body hurts so much. My eyes started to drift to sleep. I try to keep them open but I can't and I ended up falling asleep on the little couch, curling into a ball.

Woking up with a loud noise of something getting thrown. I quickly get up and start looking here and there. I saw Mumma on the door glaring at me. I sleep the whole day. I didn't clean the house and didn't even make dinner. I hopped off the couch almost falling in the process and stuttered: "I'm sorry Mumma. I will do everything please don't hit me"

She came towards me looking angry. She grabbed my hair and yank them back hard making me cry out in pain. She started to drag me. First I thought, she is going to throw me in the dark closet but she started to drag me towards the door. I started to panic about what going to happen next.

I'm on the ground of the outside pavement with my bruised knees. She look at me with hatred and anger then barked making me flinch: "leave, you pathetic bitch. I don't need a girl like you"

I frown and said sobbing loudly: "Mumma, I'm sorry. I would do all the work. I wouldn't disappoint you, just let me in. I don't have anywhere to go please Mumma"

She closes the door on my face leaving me all crying. I look here and there then I realise it's midnight. I'm scared of the dark. I don't like to be alone. I keep crying while begging her to let me in but I know it's no use.

Eventually, I get up and started to walk towards the old park so I can hide in the little cave place. I keep walking while limping because of the beating and my bruised knees. I'm near the park when I saw a few men standing in the corner smoking. I frown and started to walk away while keeping my head down.

One of them said: "what a girl like you doing here?"

I flinch and hug myself tightly but don't want to get into any problem so I keep my head down. I walk a little faster but one of them grabs my wrist and push me against the wall. I yelp in pain and said crying: "please leave me, let me go"

He look at the other three men then said smirking at me: "she is good to have some fun"

I frown not understanding his words. Are they talking about some game? But I don't wanna play any games with them. They are so scary and look bad. I cry out loudly when he pushes his hand in my t-shirt. I don't know what he is trying to but I don't like this game. It feels bad. He starts touching my stomach and chest. I said crying loudly: "no please, don't touch, please let me go. I don't like this game. I don't wanna play any game with you"

Another one came towards me and unbuttoned my pants. I scream for them to stop when we hear a car stop near us. I said crying loudly: "help me, please help me"

A man came hopped of his car. I can't see anything because of the dark rather than he is tall, muscular and wears a suit. Then a few cars stopped near the other one. The bad men who were holding me, their eyes widened in fear and their grip on me loosen. They run away quickly. I collapsed on the ground while curling myself into a ball. I'm sobbing loudly.
