Angel dust was in the studio, yet this time would be the last time he would ever be there. He had been in the hotel for 4 months now and had actually grown close to his staff friends at the hotel, even Vaggie. He had told them about his situation with Valentino and they listened to him, they cared about him and were even worried about him. All except for Alastor of course, he never showed any signs of caring for anyone, he was never really around anyway, always out or doing work or helping Charlie.

Angel wasn't really serious about being clean or going to heaven, but he really hated his contract with Valentino and had to end it. The others had heard about his situation and had convinced him he had to leave, hopefully, he could.

Angel waved to his friends at the studio before going down the dark crimson hall to Valentino's office, right at the end of the hallway. He took deep breaths and thought about what the others told him, confidence, don't lose your confidence, you can do this. He started walking slower and slower as he approached Valentino's door, time seemed to move slower. He stopped at the door, staring at the gold plate with the name Valentino carved into it.

He took one more deep breath and entered the room. Angel stepped on the room and Valentino looked at him with an annoyed look,
"What do ya want Angel Cakes, your off today, unless you want some of this?~" Valentino said suductively, gesturing to himself. Angel scoffed making Valentino's expression change instantly. Angel rolled his eyes and walked up to his desk, slamming his hand on it, one of which contained the original copy of his contract.

Valentino's eyes widened when he saw it, he tried to take it out of Angel hands,
"Where did you get that! Give it to me!" Valentino shouted. Angel dodged his hands and chuckled slightly,
"Oh I got a little help from the princess of hell herself, apparently all of the contracts are kept in her dad's castle so it was pretty easy to get." Angel replied, acting surprisingly calm.
"Give it to me! Angel you don't know what you could do with that!" Valentino continued shouting at Angel, lunging at him. Angel narrowly avoided him"Oh yes I do, but if it's bothering you so much ya can have it back." Angel said with a grin. Valentino smiled at him, believing he had won. Angel held it up to him and ripped it in half, placing it in his open hand.

Valentino looked up at Angel with a shocked and raged expression.
"We're done, Daddy~" Angel said. Turning around and walking to the door. But Valentino wasn't done with him. There was a gun shot and the door now had a bullet through it, inches from Angels hand. Angel looked at him, he was holding a purple gun and a glass bottle in his hand, a grin plastered on his face. Angel opened the door quickly and tried to escape the man, this was not going to be as easy as he thought.

Valentino threw the bottle and it smashed against Angels shoulder, he shouted but kept running, he just needed to get outside. He knew something would go wrong so he had told the others to wait outside in Charlie's limo, just in case they needed a quick escape. There were gun shots behind him as he turned the corner out onto the lobby.

People gasped and quickly moved out of the way as Angel raced towards the door. Valentino shouted his name,
"Come here baby! You shouldn't have done this! I'll make you wish you never died!" He screamed to Angel, still shooting. Angel crashed through the glass door, it shattered and cut him slightly. He almost fell at the impact but kept running, not looking back.

The others heard the huge crash and looked up, Charlie gasped and quickly unlocked the door,
"Angel! Angel quick!" Vaggie shouted. Angel opened the door and before he even closed the door Charlie started speeding off, away from Valentino.
"I'm coming for you Angie! Just wait!" He finally said, his voice far away but still loud amongst the many sounds of hell.

The car was quiet for a while after all of that chaos. Then Angel started laughing, something to break the tension, he turned to the others, Vaggie, Nifty and Husk, who looked extremely shocked. Charlie was driving back to the hotel and since Angel was laughing he didn't really seem to be hurt.
"Uh guys? What's with the faces? I'm fine right? The contracts been broken." Angel said, eyeing the others in a confused way. That's when he looked down and realised, he had been shot.

His eyes went wide when he saw his blood covered suit. He looked closer and saw two gunshots, one through his lower left arm, and one through the side of his thigh. He also had a large gash in his shoulder from the glass bottle thrown at him. He was extremely confused at how he didn't feel it while he was running,
"What's wrong guys? Angel are you alright?!" Charlie started panicking at the silence in the back of the limo, Angel quickly replied with a chuckle,
"Yeah don't worry toots, just a bit of blood. I'll patch myself up when we arrive at the hotel okay? Just glad we got away, thanks for the ride by the way." Angel tried to say calmly. Although Charlie didn't fully believe him she just nodded and smiled, adjusting her mirror to try to look at the back of the limo.

They pulled up in the driveway of the hotel and Vaggie and Husk helped Angel out, he was loosing a little more blood at an alarming rate but Angel was telling everyone not to worry. They entered the hotel and they placed Angel on the couch, Charlie took one look at him and immediately began freaking out,
"Oh my god! Angel your covered in blood! You told me it was fine!" Charlie gasped looking at the ruffled up Angel. Angel tried to stand up but was pushed back down,
"Don't worry toots! I'm fine!" Angel kept on saying, just being grateful he was free from his contract. Just then Alastor walked in.

Alastor had absolutely no idea what was going on. He was upstairs finishing paperwork when he heard commotion from downstairs, now he saw a blood covered Angel and all of the staff who had been missing for around an hour.
"What the devil's going on? You have all been missing for an hour and clients have been needing their service!" Alastor said, trying to keep his voice normal. The others turned to look at Alastor and Angel scoffed, he knew the demon didn't like him, he wouldn't care even if they explained to him.
"Oh Alastor! We were just helping Angel with something quite important! Actually- help us with something." Charlie said grabbing Alastor's arm and dragging him to the blood stained couch, invading his personal space.

Alastor looked at Angel and his many wounds, scoffing,
"And why would I help?" Alastor said, brushing his suit off after Charlie had touched it,
"Because I said so! I'm being serious Al! Fucking just help him!" Charlie snapped at him, covering her mouth quickly, she didn't swear much usually. Alastor was slightly taken aback but with much hesitation, nodded. He sat down beside Angel on the couch and pulled up his sleeve where he saw the first gun shot. He placed his hand over it making Angel flinch, his hands slowly started to glow a bright green colour as he concentrated. The others just watched him do his thing, slightly stepping away.

And just like that he removed his hand and the wound was gone leaving behind a blood-soaked bullet and a scar. He then moved to the second shot, on his thigh, Alastor stopped for a moment as he realised, let's just get this over with.

He placed his hands on Angels thigh which made Angel jump and gulp, almost as if he was scared? Alastor's hand's began glowing again, Angel was blushing softly and both were telling themselves,'don't make eye contact' when suddenly,

Their eyes met.
