Itachi froze at the story she had told him. He didn't know what to feel, emotions swirled within him as he looked down at his hands. He felt shocked, pissed off, sad for y/n, and sad at the fact that they'll never be able to have a family, yet he also felt happy to hear that she had never stop loving him this whole time. He looked up at her as pulled her into a hug.

"I'm so sorry that happened to you... none of that would've happened if I had stayed... I'm so sorry..."

Itachi told y/n as some tears slid down his cheek. He was hurt deep down inside for y/n, he couldn't comprehend how she could stay so strong despite all the harsh things life had thrown at her.

"How does she do it..?"

Itachi thought to himself as he burrowed his head into her chest, she held him close to him as some tears prickled at the corner of her eyes. Sasuke was also crying as he shook his head, remembering about the situation moved something deep down inside of him. Remembering the way his best friend broke in his arms made him never want to let her go through that ever again. Y/n smiled softly as she ran her hand through Itachi's hair.

"You guys, don't cry for me. Everything is okay now and that's all that matters."

Y/n whispered as her voice cracked from her emotions trying to spill out of her. She wasn't sad like the others though, she was happy. She was happy that Itachi had come back to her and that she was also pregnant with Itachi's child.

"Sasuke... could you step out for a second, please? I need to talk to Itachi."

Y/n asked him softly as she gave him a closed eye smiled. He nodded his head knowing immediately what she was going to say. He patted her shoulder as he held it for a second before letting go and walked away towards the backyard. The both of them stayed silent until Itachi spoke.

"We'll adopt y/n. We'll do whatever you want but I just want you with me forever. I don't care if you can't have a child."

Itachi told y/n as he grabbed her hand tightly and brought it up to his lips to kiss it. Y/n felt taken back by his sweet words, she was about to say something until he said something else.

"I want a life with you that's all I want. I'll love you no matter what."

Itachi told her as he kissed her hands multiple times. Y/n couldn't help but chuckle as she felt an immense joy deep down, she was happy that Itachi accepted her the way she was.

"We can always go to the doctor to see if they can help you but I don't care. I love you and the way you are. Yo-"

Y/n grabbed his hand making him snap out of his rambling. She smiled softly at him as her eyes showed loved and happiness.

"I'm pregnant, Itachi."

Y/n told Itachi as she cut him off from his words. Tears slid down her cheek slowly as she smiled softly at her fiancé, she was happy. Itachi's eyes widened as he looked at y/n in shock, he was lost for words.

"B-But I thought you couldn't have..?"

Itachi whispered making y/n wipe her tears away as she grabbed his hand and pulled him close to her, she wanted a hug from him more than anything.

"I had to go into surgery to try to reverse it. Sterilization is basically like a permanent birth control, it was a low chance for me to get pregnant but here I am... I'm not sure if it'll happen again but at least we'll have one."

Y/n told him as she chuckled softly. His eyes widen, he couldn't help but look at her differently as he pulled her in for a deep and passionate kiss.

"How could you go through this all alone..? Why didn't you tell me..?"

Itachi thought to himself as he held the back of her head to deepen the kiss. She wrapped her arms around his neck as she tangled her fingers into his hair. Itachi couldn't help but admire y/n, she went through so much, yet she was a strong and fierce girl. Above all that she was happy. Itachi pulled away as he smiled at her and rubbed her cheek with his thumb.

"We're having a family..?"

Itachi asked as y/n chuckled happily as she held his hand against her cheek. She nodded her head as she smiled softly. Itachi was mesmerized by her beauty, the way the sun came through the window and shined on her. Her eyes shined as her skin gave off that sun kissed glow look.

"We're having a family, tachi. Just how we always wanted."

Y/n told him making him feel an immense amount of joy as he pulled y/n close to him and held her in his arms. He kissed her forehead multiple times as y/n giggled from the affection he was showing her. He grabbed her chin to make her look up at him. She stared into his onyx eyes that were full of love.

"I want to let you know that even if you couldn't have kids, I'd still be deeply in love with you. Never think that I don't love you."

Itachi told y/n making her feel emotional, her lip quivered for a moment before she broke into tears and began to sob into his chest. She burrowed her face as she held the material of his button up tightly. She was crying from happiness and sadness, she was happy because Itachi loved her despite the issues she had. She was sad because Takumi had almost taken the chance of her being able to have a family, she was scared on how something and someone could flip someone's life in a matter of seconds.
     Itachi rubbed circles on her back as he kissed the temple of her head.

"I'll make sure he pays for everything that he's done to you."

Itachi told y/n making her look up at him as she wiped her tears away, she sat up as she shook her head. Itachi was confused for a moment until y/n chuckled softly.

"I'll handle it myself. First I'll take their business completely, they won't even have that lousy 1%. Then I'll ruin his life along with my father's. After I do that you could do whatever you want. I want my revenge though."

Y/n told him as he nodded his head, he sat up with her as he rubbed her stomach with his hand.

"Don't do something that'll put the baby in harm, please?"

Itachi asked y/n as she nodded her head at him. He smiled softly as he held her stomach with his hands and imagined a baby bump that she would eventually have. Just the thought about it gave him butterflies.

"When did you find out that you were pregnant?"

"Today."

Y/n told him as he felt taken back by her answer. He chuckled as he laid on her lap and kissed her stomach softly, he was happy. Itachi chuckled softly as he imagined how his family would react, especially his mom.

"Madara and my mom are going to flip as soon as they find out, y'know that?"

Itachi told y/n making her chuckle as she imagined the both of them. She smiled softly as she held her stomach her stomach and ran her hand through Itachi's hair.

"You're going to be so loved by everyone."
