Y/n sat on her bed as she looked at herself through the mirror, it was 5 in the morning. It was still dark outside, the sky was barely turning into a light blue as stars sparkled. Y/n smiled as she rubbed her stomach softly and stood up.

"I can't wait to see you."

Y/n thought to herself as she walked out to her balcony and looked at the beautiful city, it was far compared to the other house her and Itachi once had but the view to this house was beautiful. It had a nice Mountain View with plenty of trees. Y/n couldn't help but smile as she remembered the time when she once imagined herself in a house as big as the one she had right now. Memories of her and Yuki ran through her head. She chuckled as she remembered telling him that she wanted to live with him forever.

"I wish that could've happened. I miss you every day, Yuki."

Y/n thought to herself as she started to miss her older brother, there was never a day where she never thought about him. She missed him more than anything. She started getting emotional at the thought of Yuki and being pregnant didn't help her emotions at all. All the good and bad memories ran through her head making her start thinking about her mother, when they once had a good relationship. That was a long time ago though and that'll never come back. She shook her head trying to get her head out of sad thoughts. She held her stomach softly as she smiled at it, she was excited to have a big belly in a couple of months.

"You're going to be so loved by me, darling. There will never be a time where I won't show you love."

Y/n thought to herself as she chuckled softly. She was still in awe at the fact that she was pregnant, pregnant with Itachi's kid. The boy who she's been in love with ever since she was a little girl. She blushed softly as she remembered little Itachi always telling her that he was going to make her his. She felt hands snake around her waist and pull her close.

"Can't sleep?"

Itachi's deep morning voice asked y/n as she turned around to look at him. His hair was down and kinda messy from sleeping, she found it cute being able to see him like this. She was the only one to see the 'serious and perfessional' Itachi all sleepy and loving. She ran her fingers through his hair to detangle it as she nodded softly.

"Yeah, I guess the baby is already giving me insomnia."

Y/n told him as he chuckled softly and rubbed her stomach softly. He was happy that they were having their own family. He chuckled as he pulled y/n close to him and kissed her forehead.

"I can't wait to tell everyone today."

Itachi told y/n making her chuckle as she nodded her head. She knew that everyone was going to flip out at the thought of another baby joining the Uchiha family and clan. Y/n felt herself get sad at the thought that she'll never be able to have that same feeling with her side of the family. Itachi immediately noticed as he tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and looked at her worriedly.

"What's wrong?"

Itachi asked.

"I just wished my brother was here to see how far I've come along. I wish he could meet our baby. I wish my family was different and maybe things wouldn't have ended out how things did..."

Y/n told Itachi truthfully as she hugged him tightly, she needed him right now. He hated seeing y/n upset. It hurt him to see the person he loved the most all upset. He rubbed her back with his hand trying to calm her down and make her feel better. Y/n was scared deep down inside that she'll be like her mother, she didn't want to mess up with her future child. Itachi grabbed her face as he rubbed her cheek with his thumb.

"I know that you miss him but I'm sure he's watching over you. I know for a fact that he would be proud of the woman that you've become. Your mother isn't your family, she's just a person who gave you life. Family is someone who genuinely cares about you."

Itachi told y/n making tears prickle at the corner of her eyes. She hated having the constant fear of being like her mother, she shook her head as she held him tightly.

"Thank you, Tachi... could we go visit Yuki soon please..?"

Y/n asked Itachi softly making him chuckle as he looked down at her, he kissed her softly on the lips before pulling away and nodding his head.

"Anything for you. Now let's go back to sleep, we have a big day today."

Itachi told y/n as she nodded her head softly and followed him back to bed, Itachi pulled her down softly as he wrapped his arms around her waist. She was still deep in her thoughts as she stared at her room. Itachi knew that something was wrong with y/n, he wasn't going to let her go back to sleep. He kissed her neck softly making her turn around and look at him.

"You'll be a perfect mom, y/n. Don't compare yourself to your mother."

Itachi told y/n making her look down as she hugged Itachi. He pulled her close as he kissed her cheek softly.

"I know that you'll love our kid more than anything and will do anything in your power to keep them safe. That's already better than your mom. You're sweet, smart, funny, caring, and fierce, I know for a fact that our kid will love you just how I love you."

Itachi told y/n making her cry as she nuzzled her head into his chest. She was grateful to have a man like him by her side, he always knew when something was wrong. He ran his fingers through her hair as he kissed her tears away.

"I love you."

Y/n whispered as Itachi smiled.

"I love you too."

Itachi whispered as he kept running his fingers through her hair. She felt herself falling asleep as a smile formed on her face. She started to feel happy about telling the news to Sasuke and the rest. Itachi stared at y/n as he couldn't help but feel grateful for her, he was still in awe that he got the girls of his dreams. The girl he grew up with and learned to love. He grabbed his phone as he sent a text to a couple of people.

"I'll make things better for you. I promise."

Itachi thought to himself as he placed his phone back down and held her close to his chest. He loved the way her skin felt against his, it was warm and comfy. He smiled at he thought about telling his family that they were pregnant.

"Our own family, huh..?"

Itachi thought as he looked down at y/n, she was knocked out and all nuzzled into his chest. He chuckled as he imagined how his kid would be.

"I'm excited for it. I know anything with you y/n, will be perfect."

Itachi thought to himself as he closed his eyes softly and began to fall into a deep slumber. His arms snaked tightly around y/n as the both of them fell asleep with a smile on their faces.
