(School the next day)

"Did you hear? There's a new person coming to school!" A girl whispered, "Man or woman?" Another whispered. "I'm not sure, but that only makes it more exciting!"
New person..? Kaeya thought.
"Kaeya!" Childe ran up to Kaeya, and they walked into school together. "Did you hear about the new student?" Childe asked as he started getting things from his locker with Kaeya.
"Yeah, I over heard some girls talking about it." Kaeya yawned and closed his locker, "I hope it's a hot chick," Childe put his coat in his locker then slammed it shut with a smirk. "You hope everything's a hot chick." Kaeya sighed, "What?! I don't wish my cereal was a hot chick!...", "Well..it'd be nice if everything was a hot chick--", "Exactly what I'm talking about." Kaeya headed off to his first class, leaving Childe behind.

(few minutes later)
"Hello class, today I'll be introducing a new student." Mrs. Gunnhildr looked over to the door and someone started walking in.
Everyones eyes were locked on the new student.
"Hey," He smirked..seductively? The girls had hearts in their eyes and everyone was whispering.
"How about you introduce yourself?" Mrs. Gunnhildr said. "Gladly," he replied.
"I'm Simeon, and I'm more than delighted to meet you all." Simeon's voice was deep and calming.
Simeon was 18 years old, the (male) school uniform that everyone had to wear looked more than good on him. He had long-ish dark purple hair and deep dark brown eyes that could make any woman unsteady.
"Please take a seat, there's a free one next to Kaeya, he's the one with the eyepatch." Mrs. Gunnhildr smiled kindly. "Mhm," he walked over to the seat next to Kaeya and smirked slightly at him before sitting down and putting all focus on the lesson.
Kaeya hated him.
Kaeya couldn't stop looking at Simeon with anger the whole class period, Simeon paid no attention to him..he didn't even notice Kaeya was staring at him.
The bell rang for the next period and everyone got up..all the girls were talking about the new guy and the other guys were either talking shit about him or talking about befriending him.
Kaeya groaned as he got up and grabbed him bag to leave.

Kaeya walked out with everyone, but he heard everyone go quiet, or whisper, but he also heard two, what sounded like, males fighting with each other. Kaeya got confused and decided to walk up the front of the crowd to see what was happening.
He saw Childe and Zhongli arguing with each other.
"Zhongli, please! Just forgive me! It was one simple mistake!" Childe was about to put a hand on Zhongli's shoulder but Zhongli hit it away, "I don't want you to touch me, just, please, leave me alone." Zhongli looked away.
"I don't get why you're acting like this. I made a dumb mistake yes, but it's really not as big as a deal as you're making it!" Childe shouted, but tried not to seem mean.
"You don't understand Childe." Zhongli was about to walk away until Childe grabbed him wrist, "If I don't understand then help me understand!" he said. This was the first time Zhongli looked like he was about to cry.
"Childe, I.." Zhongli tried to get out of his grip. That just made Childe grip harder, "You're hurting me, get off!" Zhongli shouted, Childe got angry and ended up shouting at Zhongli harshly; "Just tell me what I did wrong! Did you say you were jealous because you're in love with me you freak?!".
The crowd gasped, including Kaeya. Actually, Simeon didn't look a bit phased by what was happening. It looked like he thought it was interesting.
"What?" Zhongli voice sounded empty, "You think I'd love someone like you?" Zhongli got out of Childe's grip. "You're a complete jerk." Zhongli seemed intimidating, which scared Childe. Zhongli walked away even though he looked like he wanted to say more.
