DAMEN JONES, was fucking loaded, well his family was but still. he and his brother, isaiah were drowning in money and it showed from the way they walked, how they talked, and how they carried themselves.

it was no wonder maddy perez and cassie howard took an interest in the two brothers. maddy was attracted to damen because he was quite literally everything she's ever wanted in a man. he was rich, handsome, tall and not a complete sociopath like her ex boyfriend nate.

maddy always thought she knew what love was i mean, even when nate and her broke up every couple of weeks he always made his way back to her and she assumed it was because he loved her as much as she loved him but...the hard truth was, nate just kept coming back to maddy because she was just easy to manipulate.

damen showed her what actual love was and at first, maddy thought he was crazy for it. she's never felt so loved, so taken care of, so seen with anyone else. maddy was sure she would never again, which is why she could never let damen go.

ISAIAH JONES, wasn't interested in cassie howard for a multitude of reasons but the main one was he was lexi howard's best friend and after all the times lexi confided in him about being second best and talking about all the guys that got close to her strictly to get the chance to be with her older sister, isaiah knew he could never do that to her. there was no way he was going to jeopardize his friendship with lexi just for a night with cassie.

as always, cassie wanted something she knew she couldn't have.

she did everything she could to get the younger brother's attention. whenever isaiah and lexi had their sleepovers she made sure to wake up at 4am to impress him in the morning.

her intense morning routine involved everything from face massaging tools to hair curling ribbons but isaiah never gave her anything more than a short glance and a quick good morning.

and as sick as it was, it only made cassie want him even more and she wouldn't stop until she got what she wanted.
