We usually want to keep good relationships a secret. Sage and Sekani's didn't start right away but they get there and once they do they keep it to themselves for a while.
It's Monday and I'm dreading it. I know I'm good at school but I don't like it. After Sekani spent the night and left that morning he ended up coming back with Lena and Laxton. I still haven't spoken to Laxton and I hate it because I don't want him to feel left out.
I ended up doing Lena's hair for the week and showed her how to wrap it up properly. Kani tried to pay me for it but I didn't take it because I just wanna show her how to do and love her hair.

When I finally got there I texted him and told him where I parked. He came to the car a gave me my drink.
Me- "thank you"
Sekani- "so i can't hug or be seen with you at school?"
Me- "sekani you make it sound so bad, and we're not together yet why you so eager to touch me"
Sekani- "first of alllll. we been together since last month"
Me- "bye."
Sekani- "once i retire bein a hoe for somebody, me and that person is together. and you happen to be that person"
Me- "i just thought we were besties"
Sekani- "girlfriend, bestie. same shit"
Me- "no it's not"
Sekani- "well when you become my girl you will also be my bestie"

Sekani- "and the only girl i talk to, if you want me to"
Me- "well i betta be, ion like cheaters"
Sekani- "i mean talk to period"
Me- "oh... well ion care that much as long as you ain't doin nun wit em"
Sekani- "well lemme get a hug before we go in" I reached over and hugged him. He got out first and I waited before getting out to go in. I went in with my head down and went to my locker. I put my stuff up and went to my classes.
In my second period we had a sub and usually for subs they leave a note for me but I guess he forgot to.
"sage young? is sage young not present today" I was raising my hand so it could be know that was me but he wasn't taking it.
"she's here. her hand has been up this whole time" this girl said and the sub finally looked at me
"say something next time." I just put my hand and head down. I really felt my self about to cry. I took a few deep breaths and sat up to do the work. I finished the work and turned it in then grabbed the pass to go to the bathroom.
"where are you going young lady" I held up the bathroom pass
"you didn't ask to go, sit down." I shook my head no and held up the pass longer
"are you mute or something. you're being very rude." I just put the pass down and went to sit down. He had came up to me.
"young lady what is your problem" I shook my head no
"i'm calling security."
"for what. she didn't do anything" the same girl that helped me earlier said
"you mind your business" he went out in the hall to get security to bring me to the office
Ms. G- "oh...you're never in here ms.young, why is she in here"
"the teacher said she was being disrespectful"
Ms. G- "how"
"by not answering them"
Ms. G- "gosh. you can stay in here for the rest of the period sage, i'm so sorry" she shook her head and left out her office. My ears started burning.

Next thing I know he's in here with me hugging me. I calmed down and he finally pulled away. I told him what happened and he asked if I wanted to go home. As much as I did I said no. I was just ready for lunch.

I went through the next two periods and then it was lunch. I got my stuff and went out to my car waiting for Sekani.
Sekani- "lets eat before you tell me"
Me- "ok" we went to Chipotle and got our food then sat in the parking lot. As we were eating he asked me what happened, I told him.
Sekani- "that bald headed ass sub. i'll smack a old man" I laughed
Sekani- "you shoulda went home, that's serious"
Me- "i didn't actually have one"
Sekani- "but you almost did"
Me- "it's ok"
Sekani- "it's not princess" my ears got hot but it was different. We continued to eat and talk.
Sekani- "so what we doin on our date this week"
Me- "what we always do"
Sekani- "ummmmm but i wanna take you out"
Me- "kani..."
Sekani- "i know"
Me- "i'm so-"
Sekani- "don't. i can wait until you're ready"
Me- "ok, but time to go back"
Sekani- "go home if you need to princess"
Me- "i'll be ok" we made it to the school and hugged before getting out.
