A letter from the future

Piper hadn't turned her gaze away from him for the entire time he spoke about his past. In her opinion  he seemed very sad almost lost. She didn't know what had happened in his future, but she knew that far too much was expected of him. And when she looked at him now, the oldest Halliwell also noticed that he was tired and exhausted by all the demons hunting.

Piper understood that it was important to him to save his brother but why had none of them traveled back. Then she remembered that Chris kept saying they were.

,,Chris?''

,,Mh.''

''What happened to your parents?''

"Didn't we agree that you would leave me alone with it?"

''Yes, but you've always said in the past.''

"I could just beam myself away," he sighed more to himself. Then he continued to talk but swallowed hard before he started talking about the topic.

"My mother died very early, killed by a demon. And my father well I told you that he didn't care so much. Since my brother was older and has changed, it was up to me that my sister was doing well.''

Piper was stunned, which meant she would die early and Chris was on his own, but she decided to ask him before confronting him with her knowledge.

"I'm sorry Chris. But what do you mean by changed?''

"Okey Piper you know what else I need to do."

Jerky he got up and just wanted to leave because she held him by his wrist. Which is why Chris looked her in the eye confused and frowning.

"Chris who are your parents?"

But he just shook his head and looked in a different direction. The young Guardian of Light had not the slightest idea what was going on here. Then Piper let go of his wrist and with her other hand she looked for something that was behind her back. She had hidden the envelope behind one of the pillows and she lifted it up to get it back in front. Slowly she held out the envelope she knew to Chris

But when Piper pulled something out from behind her back and handed him a very familiar envelope, he slumped back onto the couch and looked at her stunned. Almost in a panic, he tore the letter out of Piper's hand and held it with both hands.

"Where did that come from? And please don't tell me you've read it.''

,,Chris.''

But he just shook his head again, he knew that it meant that she had read the letter and thus must have seen the picture.

That ruined everything for him and his plan. It was hard enough to lose his mother once. And now that she probably knew, she would try everything to get to know him even better and spend time with him.

That meant he had to live with the thought that if he didn't manage to save Wyatt, he would have to return to a future where she was death again. These thoughts made him hard to deal with, in addition to the fact that for the first time since his arrival he did not know what to do. Still shocked, he looked at her. And Piper didn't even think about looking anywhere else or even changing the subject. She had to know why he had never said anything.

"'Chris, why did you keep that to yourself?'" with which she meant the letter and also pointed a finger at the envelope in his hands.

He got up and ran back and forth.

"What should I have said to you Piper?"

He took her disappointed look but Piper wouldn't be her even if she couldn't come up with a suitable answer. But before she could react, officers paige entered the room and Phoebe ran through the door, Chris had been so angry and panicked that he had not noticed how loudly he had spoken. Both sisters looked skeptically back and forth between Piper and Chris. They were trying to understand what was going on.

"What's going on here?" asked the youngest of the three sisters.

Chris looked at the other two women and then again at Piper. He almost clapped his hand to his forehead. Only now does Chris realize what he had told Piper. He had told her how she had died, and that Leo didn't care a bit. And above all, that he and Wyatt had a sister. It messed everything up, Chris hoped it wouldn't change too many things in the future. Completely lost in thought, he heard Phoebe ask again.

"Piper what's going on here?"

"I think Chris could answer that quite well."

He looked at her in shock and his mouth opened.

"I have nothing to explain." Chris's officials picked up the letter and looked at Paige and Pheobe again.

"I'm going to do my job again now."

"Chris please stay here."

Piper almost begged him but blue balls were already forming around him. Her two younger sisters now looked at her confused.

What did he do? And what kind of envelope was that?'' this time it was Paige who asked something.

Piper, on the other hand, still looked at the ground where Chris was. That's why she didn't notice Phoebe coming up to her and putting her hand on Piper's shoulder. Then the oldest of the three winced a little and looked into Phoebe's eyes. She tried again to find out what was going on here.
