she's practically stone-cold. some might
say she's sneaky; she's like a spider,
crawling up on you before you could
notice. she prides herself on her agility.
katana is also the suffer in silence type.
all she really cares about is slaying demons.
but, she does have her sweet moments too.
she can bandage you up if you're badly hurt,
and she has your back in battle.

katana is a rather small girl; she
stands at a height of 5'3, weighing
106 pounds. she has long, straight
fully jet black hair which reaches her
elbows, + bangs. her eyes are an almond shape,
yet a little large. they're a greyish-whitish
shade. her lashes are long, and her lips are
plump. her skin is a pale, light shade, and
she has freckles dotting her cheeks and nose.
she can usually be seen wearing a white kimono
with tiny little black spiders dotting it, and a little
ombre at the bottom of her kimono fading from
white to black. same with the sleeves. she also
wears black sandals to go with her outfit.

as arachnid breathing was branched off of insect
breathing, the technique itself involves using various
forms of wisteria poison to incorporate it into newer
and improved move sets.
the only difference between the two however is that arachnid breathing is rather slower than insect breathing, but is far more deadly in terms of poison.
using a modified, improved version of wisteria
poison, arachnid breathing is capable of torturing its opponents even more than insect breathing, causing anyone who is injected with the substance to die in a brutal and grotesque way.
there are many mixed opinions on this breathing style in the corps. many say that this technique is far too brutal to exist, and it practically overkills their enemies in a horrible way.
however, many others agree that this technique is perfect for torturing and killing misbehaving demons when they refuse to cooperate, entrusting justice via torture.
𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐘𝐏𝐄 ;;
arachnid breathing requires a thin, durable blade with a sharp, curved tip at the end. similar to the stinger of a scorpion. alongside the blade, there is a hidden compartment of wisteria poison inside. this is the
type of blade katana owns. the handle is all black,
with little howlite gems encrusted in it.

pierce sting, scorpion technique.
increasing her field of vision, katana is able to
locate the weakest point on her opponent's body, and stab directly into it with ease.
𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 ;;
cross-web trigger.
katana is able to pick up subtle vibrations from the ground below her, and sense entities that are in the proximity; similar to that of a spider web.
𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐃 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 ;:
black widow, hourglass of death.
katana thrusts her blade into a paralysis point and holds the demon down. as the poison slowly seeps into their body, the demon can't do anything but suffer and wait for their death as time slowly ticks by, slowly succumbing to the poison inside.
𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐓𝐇 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 ;;
blood-draining tick.
when katana stabs directly into the opponent's
neck, the poison spreads very quickly; it feels as if your life is draining away in seconds.
𝐅𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐇 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 ;;
the spider's thread, string of agony.
a rather sadistic move; katana leaves the demon to heal for a short amount of time and lets it escape. as they are running, the demon will begin to hallucinate hope as they see a string of freedom waiting for them at the end of their suffering. however, they are crushed by never-ending despair as katana is at the end of the string, ready to finish them off.
𝐒𝐈𝐗𝐓𝐇 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 ;;
jumping spider dance.
katana leaps over the opponent multiple times and punctures them repeatedly with each crossing jump. this form resembles the phidippus audax (common jumping spider).
𝐒𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐇 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 ;;
binding prey.
katana manages to sever the demon's limbs and keep them from regenerating via poison, leaving the helpless demon to wither in pain as katana "kindly" finishes them off.
𝐄𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐇 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 ;;
eight-eye puncture.
katana dashes forward and punctures eight clean wounds into the opponent, stabbing them directly into eight vital points on the opponent's body and letting her poison seep.
𝐅𝐔𝐍 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇 ;;
• this breathing style has eight forms, because spiders have eight eyes and legs.
• the modified wisteria poison is actually deadly to humans as well, which is why there is a lot of controversy with this breathing style in the corps.

one of her family members were killed
in a demon attack, which is when she
made the decision to start her training.
she tried her hardest and slowly raised
