Episode 4: Practice Start! Let's Work Hard Today!

[Last time on Super Magical Idol Parfait Cookie!: ICSA's performance team has started work on their idol performance for the collab festival between various schools! But how will the practice go? And what are the evil cookies planning? Stay tuned to find out!]

[One week before the festival]

"Hey everyone! I'm so sorry I'm late! The lunch line was long today." Sundae said as she walked up to the rest of the performance team, lunch in her hands.

"It's fine!" Cocoa replied. "You're not the only one late after all."

"Sorry for being late everyone." Mint Choco said as he came over with Vampire, Herb, and Cinnamon. "It's just that SOMEONE decided to take a nap in class and it took me and Herb a few minutes just to wake him up."

"I'm sorry but is it my fault that History is boring?" Vampire retorted.

"Did you really have to fall asleep just 9 minutes before class ended?" Herb asked. "Besides, once you fall asleep for more than a few minutes it takes forever to wake you up."

"Shoulda thought about that before you let me sleep." Vampire replied.

"We literally didn't know you sit in the back of the class." Mint Choco said as he sighed. "Either way, we should really get eating, we got here real late."

The four cookies sat down at the table and took out their food as everyone else started or continued to eat. It was quite for a bit, until Pumpkin Tart got out her phone.

"Have you all heard of the huge battle Madeleine Cookie and Starfruit Cookie had the other day?" She asked.

"Yeah! I saw some videos of it on Magica! It was awesome!" Cinnamon answered.

"The Shooting Star Display was amazing as well!" Sparkling added.

"I know right? Both Madeleine Cookie and Starfruit Cookie were incredible!" Sundae said.

"I wish I could've seen it in person! Too bad it was all the way in Divine City..." Cocoa said. They continued to talk about the display all throughout lunch, only being interrupted by the sound of the bell ringing, signifying that lunch is over.

"Awww already?" Marshmallow said as soon as the bell silenced.

"It appears we have to go to class now. Practice will still take place after school correct?" White Choco asked as she picked up her lunch tray.

"Right, see you all at the practice room." Whipped Cream replied, picking up his lunch box and heading to the student lounge to put it away.

"We have to get to class Sundae, don't wanna be late." Clover said, turning to Sundae.

"Right, let's go!" She replied, picking up her lunch tray and heading off to throw away her trash.

[After school, in the school dance studio]

"That was great everyone!" Whipped Cream said to White Choco, Cocoa, Pumpkin Tart, and Sundae, who were practicing the dance for Dingga, the third song in the set list. "Let's move on to WA DA DA next."

"I finally got the dance down!" Cocoa said softly to herself. She hadn't really had too much experience dancing, but she did have a really pretty voice. Her part in the choreography wasn't as intense or difficult as it was for the others so she could focus more on her singing, but she still had quite a bit of trouble with some parts of the dance.

"You did really good Cocoa!" Sundae said to her.

"Thank you Sundae! You were amazing as always!" Cocoa replied. While Sundae tried not to go all-out in concern that everyone would start getting suspicious, she still was one of the best in the group. She was even appointed as the center of the final song in the set, where everyone would be performing.
