What happens at the start: a month before Age of Ultron. After Ultron is created, Tony officially recruits Peter. Bucky and Sam are already on our team and with the Avengers. Pietro doesn't die. A couple months after defeating Ultron, Civil War happens but at the end the fight stops, we make up and we go on living at the tower. We already knew the Guardians, before civil war Clint recruits Kate who was 15 at the time. Banner never leaves after ultron.
