Loving and Loosing , Miraculous Ladybug

Chapter Nine

As soon as they arrived home Marinette broke down into tears. She hated this, she hated everything. All she wanted was to go back in time and fix it all. If she had never invited Lila to that stupid party, she wouldn't be in this situation. At least that's what she thought. "I don't know if I can continue like this Tikki." She sobs to her Kwami as the mix of mascara and tears fall down her face.

Chat Noir, now detransform in into Adrien, climbs in the window and notices the girl crying. "Marinette?" He kneels down to the girl, wiping a tear from her cheek. "Please Adrien, don't tell me everything is going to be alright. Don't tell me it will get better because it won't! Lila has ruined everything with her lies! No one believes me anymore!" She sobs, tears streaming down her face as Adrien tries to comfort her. "I'll just be here for you, if thats what you'd like." He says, putting his forehead against her's. Her tears don't stop though.

Through the window, that is still open, flies in an Akuma towards Marinette. Adrien doesn't notice the Akuma due to his head being against her's. It enters her earrings causing her to push Adrien away. Shadowmoth's voice now speaks to her as she struggles. "Princess Justice, you've been lied to and torn down by those around you. I'm giving you the power to reveal the truth and fly higher than those who have brought you down. In return I ask for the miraculouses of Ladybug and Chat noir!" Marinette tries to resist but her emotions take over, causing her vision to fade to black.

Her outfit changes from her normal day wear to a knee length, black, princess dress. Black wings grow out of her back as she grunts in pain. Adrien stares in disbelief as she transforms into Princess Justice. He needed to run.

She removes her earrings, causing shadowmoth to become confused. "What are you doing Princess Justice?!" He yells in confusion. But she smirks as she looks over to Adrien who is now running out the door. "You said you wanted the miraculous correct? Well I've already got the earrings, it's just a short amount of time until I get that stupid alley cat's ring!" She says, leaving Shadowmoth speechless. "Good work Princess Justice, keep them on and retrieve Chat Noir's ring!" He demands. She obeys, putting her earrings back in.

Adrien, who is already out of the building finds a safe place to transform before heading back to his apartment. Running inside, he finds his apartment empty with the window shattered into a million pieces. Where had she gone? He had to check anywhere that he thought she might had gone. Either Alya's or Lila's place's would be a good start. So he headed towards Alya's apartment.

He leaped through the sky with his staff, heading towards Alya's apartment. It wasn't long before he arrived to the scene, and to his surprise, there was princess justice. She was attacking Alya and Nino.

Princess justice held her staff out as a blast of purple energy hit Alya, causing her to become motionless. "Reveal your truth!" The akumatized Marinette yelled at the girl, Nino trying to snap the girl out of the trance with no luck. "I told my boyfriend about my friend's secret because I was mad." She said, emotionless as she was controlled. Princess justices smirked as she looked over to the scared Nino.

Chat Noir leaped into the scene, moving Nino away from the Villain. "Miss me princess." He said sarcastically, walking towards her. "Get his miraculous, Now!" Shadowmoth yelled to his victim. "I'm sorry Adrien, but I have to do this." The akumatized Marinette says. He notices the drip stains of mascara still remain on her face as she looks him in the eye. Nino however is shocked to hear Adrien's name. "No! You can resist! I know you can!" Tears filling his eyes now to.

"A-Adrien?" Shadowmoth says in disbelief. His son was Chat Noir? He, Gabriel Agreste, somehow didn't know this? He mind filled with both rage and horror that after all this time, Chat Noir was his son! "Get his miraculous!" Shadowmoth yells, he knew it was risking his son to do this, but he had to get his wife back.

"No, not yet. I have one more personal thing for myself before taking down the cat." She smirks, using her wings to dive out the already shattered window. She was going to someone else, and Chat Noir felt as if he knew who that was.

Princess Justice flew towards her destination as Chat followed close behind. He had tears in his eyes that stung from the wind pushing against he face as he ran across roof tops. He followed as close behind as he could to the flying girl, but she was fast. Finally she slowed down as she reached Lila's apartment, bursting through yet again, another window.

Chat dives in right behind as he hears the screams of Lila. He didn't care much for her, but he believed no citizen should get hurt, only brought to justice in a civil way. "M-Marinette! Why are you doing this! I've never done anything to you!" She screams as Princess justice holds her up by one hand. "Liar! You ruined my life for the past five years! You have done nothing but lie!" The angered Marinette yelled as she dropped the girl to the floor. Chat ran after her but Princess Justice swung back at him, nocking him to the ground. She turns back to the girl and shoots a beam of purple at Lila. She leans down to her victim and put her face close to her's. "Go on, apologize. Reveal your lies." The Akumatized Marinette smirked. "I lie about everything, about my illnesses, about my life, and about Marinette Dupain-Cheng. I feel like I'm better than everyone else." She says, emotionless similar to Alya as she had been in the same trance.

Chat Noir got up, holding his side in pain, looking at the girl he loved who he knew was suffering inside. "Marinette." He said, causing the girl to tackle him, but he does nothing as she holds him to the ground, his ring hand above his head. She reached for his ring. "I love you M'Lady, and I'm not going to fight you." He says as he detransforms from his ring being taken off. He doesn't resist though, he refused to fight her. She stopped for a second, she heard his words. "Adrien I-" She is interrupted by shadowmoth. "Now bring him and the miraculouses to me!" He demands, breaking Marinette from her own words. She obeyed again as she grabbed the blonde.

She flew towards the Agreste house out of instinct, as if she was being fully controlled. A large window appears on the back of the house and she flies in, still holding the boy. "Good work Princess Justice." He says, Adrien still in shock that he was at his father's house. "Father?" Adrien asks, looking at Shadowmoth in horror. The tall villain looks down at the boy who lays bellow him. "It's time you knew son, the truth." He says, knocking the boy out cold.

Shadowmoth takes hold of Princess Justice's earrings, Marinette screamed for Adrien as she is released from Shadowmoth's hold. She leaps for the unconscious boy but is shoved back by the tall villain who she now knew was Gabriel Agreste, the father of her boyfriend. She lets out A groan from the impact against a wall. Shadowmoth grabbing Adrien on the other side of the room. "You can't defeat me Ladybug, I've won." He turns to the girl, his son over his shoulder.

"Why, Why after all of this destruction and death have you continued to harm innocent people." She stood up, still about a foot shorter than the man. "Well, That's what I'm getting to." He smirks, knocking her out a long side Adrien. "Very soon Ladybug, you will understand." He says, throwing her over his other shoulder.
