So, after you become an apprentice, your status on the welcome thread will be changed, and you will have a mentor, which will be a warrior. There will also be a ceremony in the welcome thread. As an apprentice, you can train with your mentor here in the comments. When you succeed in all of the training moves, then you can become a warrior. Then eventually you may become a leader if you train a bunch of apprentices and behave well.
